Superb hotel, excellent room, facilities and friendly staff. An all round delight. Highly recommended.

A great hotel in a lovely location. The sea view room was excellent and kept very clean. The food was first class. There are plenty local restaurants or a taxi into town is only €9.00. The roof top pool is a lovely place to relax. We would very happily stay there again.

We arrived back for the 6th year in a row. We had a lovely greeting at the front desk to be advised that we had been upgraded to a sea view double room at no extra cost.We met up with a lot of the staff who are now our friends. The management are so kind to the point that whatever we wanted we got. We met up with our friends that have been coming here for the 4th year in a row. which must prove to anyone thinking about the Amathus. JUST DO IT. Thank you to all the staff and special thank you to Maria and Emilia in the dining room. Also Olina and Evi and all the management. We have some more friends coming in September this year.

Fourth time at this hotel in ten years and never been disappointed with it. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make your holiday a memorable one. Everything about the facilities are first class and the reception team in particular are fantastic and very helpful well done Gaynor.

The hotel was lovely. Still a lot of ground work being completed, making the walk into the reception area a little difficult. Rooms were well proportioned and kept very clean. TV sadly lacked English channels. Surprised to notice there wasn't an all day bar in the reception area. The bar was on the 11th floor, most unusual. Food was excellent and a good choice. Only downside there was having to wait at the door to be escorted to a table. Lots of wasted time. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful. To leave the hotel there wasn't a path to use so walking down the driveway was a little hazardous. I would return to the hotel again for a short break.

Just like to say that the food here was amazing we would like to congratulate all the kitchen staff the quality and choice was the best we have ever had, well done to all. The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Nice to choose from 4 pools to swim in,( plenty of sun beds) and also the sea which actually was warmer than the pools. Would recommend using swim shoes as lots of Peebles to walk over to get to the sea. I didn’t mind the bed but hubby didn’t, I would have liked a bath some rooms did but not sure which, we did have a sea view room. Liked the fruit and water in the room on arrival nice touch.
