Sheraton Rhodes Resort

Very clean, lovely staff and good facilities. Drink and food prices ridiculous especially as so many other options close by. Good hotel but nothing luxurious or little touches, some days no tea and coffee left and rubbish toiletries. Really liked breakfasts so much choice and freshness. Evening buffets ok but think b&b the better option than half board.

Everything about this hotel was great: the location, service, staff, friendliness, beach area, proximity to Rhodes town, bars and restaurants nearby - all of it. The bed was huge too! We didn’t €™t use all the facilities (such their Spa/indoor pool) as we were off site much of the time but it was all great. We loved it!

The bathrooms are badly in need of refurbishment. The standards of service are poor and cleanliness is way below par. Would never return. The food and service in the main dinning room are a disgrace! When we yried to address the issues with the hotel we did see an improvement in housekeeping but alas the food and service in the dinning rooom did not improve. The food and beverage manager was indifferent to the problems. All in all a very poor experience. We were pleased to leave. We booked through jet2 and the resort rep agreed with us.

A great hotel, with really friendly staff, the hotel pool area is fantastic and kept really clean, the spa and Gym are very good and location of the hotel is excellent, well worth a visit and would not hesitate to return.

Great Hotel, just a shame about the main road and general location. But if comfort, good food and great facilities are all you require then do not be put off by the location you cannot blame the hotel for this. Overall we had a good holiday.

It was precisely everything it said it would be, the pictures were very realistic, with wall to wall sunshine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast, extensive choice, good service . Onsite Greek restaurant good value, service brilliant and food delicious, with breathtaking views. No fighting for sunbeds. Daily entertainment catered for a variety of tastes. Private beach clean with lots of sunbeds, showers and toilet. Overall it was an amazing holiday

Décor tired. Food plentiful but unappetizing. Bedrooms spacious but very little drawer and hanging space. Staff extremely good and hotel spotless. Poolside refreshments extremely expensive and often unacceptable. Overall not what was expected of a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is very well designed and nestles into the wooded hills behind it very nicely. It is well.appointed with an excellent bar terrace with wonderful views of sunsets. The pool area is well equipped with sturdy and comfortable sun beds. The food is good. BUT there is a noisy main road between the hotel and the beach and the west wind makes the pebbly beach often unusable. Also glasses of wine starting at £7.00 compared with £2.00 at nearby bars makes it a bit of a rip-off.
