How do I book airport parking?
Airport parking can be pre-booked here. There are a number of car parking options from Priority Parking to Long Stay.
I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop-off point?
Yes, there is a pick up and drop off zone at the front of the terminal entrance/exit. There are also free of charge options at the mid stay and long stay car park.
How can I arrange a taxi to/from the airport?
Taxis are available from directly outside the front of the terminal.
Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?
London Luton Airport has one terminal. You will find check-in on the right as you enter the terminal building.
Check-In
What time will the check-in desk open?
The check-in desk will open 3 hours before departure. If you have hold baggage to check in, why not use our handy bag-drop kiosks? Find out more about these here.
Is there a separate queue for online check-in?
No. If you’ve got luggage to drop off, please join the queue for the check-in desks.
What time will the check-in desk close?
The check-in desks will close 40 minutes before departure.

Assisted Travel
Which company will provide me with Assisted Travel?
Wilson James provide assistance at London Luton Airport.
Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Assisted Travel)?
Blue Badge holders and those who provide proof of booked special assistance can benefit from 30 minutes FREE parking in Terminal Car Park 1 upon validating your ticket on level 2 at the priority parking office.
If you are staying longer than 30 minutes, but less than 24 hours, reduced prices are available.
Drop off is also available and the closest option to the terminal entrance. Drop Off/Pick Up Zone costs £5 for five minutes and £1 per minute thereafter (max stay 20 minutes).

When you arrive at the airport, please confirm your Assisted Travel requirements at the check-in desk. Check-in can be found to the right of the terminal entrance, opposite ChangeGroup Currency Exchange.

Travelling with hand baggage only?
If you are travelling with hand luggage only and already have your boarding pass, on arrival to the terminal you can head straight to security.

Can I pay with cash at the airport?
To make our service as efficient as possible, we only accept card and contactless payments at our UK airport Customer Help Desks and onboard all our flights. We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, but recommend you bring a physical bank card with you too.
