Belair Beach Hotel

My first time in Rhodes and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel was so clean, food was lovely offering many options every night and staff were so lovely and accommodating. The staff behind reception were very well spoken and polite, addressing our wants and needs straight away, such as towels, upgrading us to all inclusive with no hassle, it was a dream. The only thing I would say is that people would take up the sunbeams as early as 7am in the morning, so it was always a race to get there and on evenings, the outside entertainment tables were always full so had to get there before 8pm, or would have to sit inside. But we went in peak season, middle of July. The pool was always clean, the entertainment staff were lovely and I would 100% go again!

Hotel itself was lovely staff friendly and clean hotel. Entertainment not the best first night we went to it was about an hour late starting and the music that was played while we waited was terrible more to the entertainment guys liking than to a generic crowd listening. Food was not the best was like warm and choices not to suit uk tastes all I had was either pizza or pasta every night there was some people complaining about the food.

Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff. The new infinity was amazing and you could always get a sunlounger. Lovely food and plenty of choice. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Animation team was made up of 3 people and they did a fab job.

Fabulous pool area. Lovely rooms. Very clean and well looked after grounds. However food is a very low standard. Most people on all inclusive and although we were half board and paying for drinks we were expected to pay top dollar for cheap local drinks. Alcoholic and soft drinks. Entertainment is at the front of the hotel next to busy road.

Stayed May/June 2019. Hotel clean, staff pleasant and easy to talk too. Rooms were cleaned daily. Special mention to Animation team, did well with little space. New pool is a huge positive and spacious

This is our third visit . It has been expanded in the last year with a separate executive block and an infinity pool. We had a sea view room in the original block It also overlooks a main road so it can be noisy but you soon get used to that. The room was spacious and well appointed. Housekeeping was excellent and towels changed daily. The restaurant is buffet style with a wide choice of food. There was a different theme every night. The food was good(personal choice). There is a lively evening bar and entertainment six nights a week plus activities round the new pool. We preferred the old pool area which is a lot quieter. It is near shops and bars and on a bus route but it is better to go to Rhodes in a taxi. The buses are jammed.. Throughout, the staff were very friendly and helpful. During our stay I couldn't find a major fault. If I had a comment the wine serving at lunch was pretty disorganised and not attentive. At evening meal there was no problem+

Really enjoyed it here clean good staff food was decent Great view off the sea while relaxing in the pool Good location to get to rhodes town there's a bus stop directly outside the hotel it cost 2euros very reasonable The beach is across the road and there's sunbeds free of charge and the sea is just brilliant

Location was great, bus to Rhodes town was a five minute drive. Hotel was nice and clean, new pool is very nice. Food was ok but a bit repetitive. Our room was cleaned daily. All the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Staff all very friendly. Room was always nice and clean, food was plenty, I'm very fussy, so not alot of choice, but I never went hungry. I stayed here for 10 nights, with y husband, this was our honeymoon. Pools were always nice and clean, plenty of sunbeds. The only down fall was the beach, although it was nice and close, was very unkept.

Stayed at hotel in September.Rooms clean and comfortable,linen changed every day.We arrived late at night and hotel had supplied sandwiches as we missed evening meal.We were half board,choice and quality of food was good with great service.All staff were nice and accommodating.Must single out Eva and barman Ilya for special mention.Take local bus into Rhodes and then to Lindos stunning place to spend a day.Also a visit to Rhodes old town is a must.Recommend boat trip to Syrmii. Travel with Manos tours which is right beside hotel.If visiting old city highly recommend Fainos restaurant beside entrance to city best Pitts bread in Rhodes.Whist we were half board we ate at a restaurant called El Greco a couple of times.Highly recommended great service and good food

Room was not excellent when we arrived late at night but next day they changed us to an excellent room with good location, size and lovely maid service over looking the pool area and good access to the rest of the hotel facilities.

Reception staff helpful and friendly. Room clean although bathroom was exceptionally small. Food was tasteless, even basic things had no taste and seemed to be poor quality. Entertainment at night was poor and was set outside with no lights on them, so couldn't really see them. Reception area very big and open and was like a playground at night for kids running about.

We stayed at this accommodation between 9_23 July on arrival we were given a very small room on fourth floor with a side balcony not not what we paid for on checking with reception were told correct room so.stayed the night on the lunchtime of the next day we were told we were in the wrong room so please move on moving were put in a lovely room on third floor with three beds and loads more space and the seaview we had paid for the service in hotel was excellent especially the pool bar Alexander worked so hard meals need to be more choice and the plates to be warmed up all in all a good holiday and good set of people around pool even though some people had same sunbeds all holiday would visit again but only for one week rodos gardens a God send at night as not much going on in hotel
