Hotel Aqua

We booked a last minute holiday Mid Oct 2024 and returned to the Hotel Aqua for the 4th time in 3 years. Will be going back again hopefully later this year. Weather in October was superb too. Hotel staff at the check in desk, restaurant, entertainment, bars, beach beds, Spa were very pleasant and the cleaners always cleaned the room. Food in restaurant is good, with enough choices to find something you fancy. Entertainment is very good too. This place always makes us happy and I'll be glad to return.

By having everyone in the hotel on the same fully inclusive deal, there is no delay when ordering food and drink. Very relaxed. The hotel was spotless. Young staff but efficient and always courteous.

We stayed for the first time in the hotel in mid June for two weeks. We have been to Icemeler many times and often admired the hotel and grounds and decided to try it this year. It surpassed all our expectations. The hotel and room were spotless. We booked only 8 weeks before and there were only land view rooms left so we were pleasantly surprised to find we had a room with a pool view and a beach and sea view in the distance. There were so many choices at dinner and breakfast and the food was of a very high standard. My Partner particularly liked the omelette station in the morning with fresh omelettes of your choice were cooked to order. What really makes this hotel is the staff who couldn't do enough for you. We spent lovely days on the private beach swimming in the beautiful clear sea and watching the boats come and go from the pier and the stunning scenery. Having lunch at the beach bar in the hotel grounds. The nightly entertainment was very good. Had a massage at the spa which was very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Aqua and will be back next year for sure.

Staff couldn’t do any more for you and drinks are good quality not Turkish . Breakfast food quality and choice is excellent. Rooms are nice as well and ours had a wonderful view of the sea and beach

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are amazing. The food and drinks package was excellent. The whole hotel is wonderful. Everything was so clean and the location was perfect. The indoor pool was one of the best we have been in.

We've returned to the Hotel Aqua after the looooooon Covid break, and we were so happy to be back!! Some changes of course are inevitable because of staffing issues, but the ones at the top who have the high standards and care so much about their customers hasn't changed at all. With Ahmet at the reigns, who can doubt they'll be catered for in every way!! Our room was spotless as ever, and we were still treated like we'd already paid, not that it's all inclusive we're getting everything for free!! That is one of my pet hates, when you pay in advance like you do with all inclusive hotels, you should be treated well, like we are the Aqua.....

Absolutely loved this place the staff couldn't do enough for you. Wanted to return in September this year but its fully booked so will wait until next year. I must give a special mention to the hotel jewellery store and thank Mustapha for all his help

We stayed for a week at the end of April, for the first week it was very quiet as it was pre main season, this was fine for us but bear this in mind if you like going to local bars and restaurants as many were still shut. At the end of the week it was Eid and the hotel filled up completely, which was fine but many of the guests then thought it acceptable to smoke or vape in the dining areas, even though there were plenty of signs saying this wasn’t allowed, with no staff intervening. The only other issue was that the air con was not on when we arrived and had 3 very hot nights until the hotel switched it on, presumably as it was still low season, although it was mid 20’s c in the day, so the rooms were warm throughout the night. On the plus side, the hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help! The food was generally excellent, with a large choice available, bear in mind that it is very much based around traditional Turkish cuisine, with some European dishes available. Location was excellent, right on the promenade with private beach access but the sea was too cold at the end of April so hardly anyone used it. The outdoor pool was also a little chilly when you got in at first. If you like walking, it’s very easy to walk right along the promenade to Marmaris itself, passing a lot of other hotels and restaurants on the way, but it’s around 7km to the centre of the town - we then got the water bus back which dropped us right by the hotel, which was a nice way to relax and cool down after walking. All in all an excellent deal for the price we paid with Jet 2!

Just returned on Friday after my sixth time at Hotel Aqua. It's the best hotel in icemeler by far. The sevice is the best 5 star you can expect and the hotel is exceptionally clean. George at the pool is brilliant. All the animation team work very hard and are so friendly. The bar and waiters are world class. The food was excellent plenty of choices. The room was a fantastic view room 351. Thanks again management and team for a fantastic holiday. See you soon. Audrey and Byron xxx

Been here many times the only fault this time was we went beginning of May and the food was the worst we have had. My sister went the week we came home and she said the food gradually gor better the staff and entertainment are brilliant lovely area too

Very pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, very clean, next to beach and a short stroll to town. More suited to mature couples or young families. Good food choice. Evening entertainment most nights.

Been to this hotel several years recently and never been disappointed.the service from the staff is wonderful and friendly.most holiday people seem to love the service and go back time and time again.

Comfortable hotel in superb location with lots of outdoor space. Pleasant clean well-maintained room with a sea view. Great service from friendly staff - housekeeping, waiters, bar and the brilliant Animation Team. Food ok but tended to a little bit samey and sometimes not warm. Overall, though, a super holiday and would certainly go back for more.

This hotel is excellent in every way. With full and extremely friendly waiter service we could not fault my aspect of our holiday. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Domestic staff are helpful and ensure your room is clean. The food and choice of food was excellent. Location and amenities plus the cleanliness of the pool and beach area are second to none. This is a comfortable hotel and we could not fault any aspect of our holiday or the hotel. We will define return. The nightly stage shows were all worth seeing but I’m not sure there was much for younger children although they did have a time slot for dancing and music with a hotel rep prior to each adult show. We saw many groups, dancers etc and they were all first class. Watch out for Rainbow classicX if you think you’re getting ‘Opera’ you’re getting much, much more, they are excellent, as are all of the acts/shows.
