Casablanca Apartments

Travelled in July with wife and 14 year old son The only complaint I can muster was the lack of air con but when we asked about a fan one was brought up to the room no problem The hotel was good and the staff were friendly. We were looking for a relax and that was what we got. I could see sunbeds being at a premium but not so much when we were there Would definitely recommend this hotel

If i keep the review they are so good and so friendly at their services. Well maintained apartments and nearer to the beach and local shops. I loved the stay with family and friends wish to stay there again if i go again to tenerife.

These apartments are excellent with great facilities on site. Rooms were very clean with almost daily servicing and everything you need is provided for self catering with complimentary wine a nice touch on arrival. Staff are polite and friendly and keen to help.Situated uphill from main sea front and exercise to/from meant we felt fitter at end of hols climbing the steps back to the apartments, so may not suit everyone, although taxis are cheap for getting around. We did excursions to Teide and Loro Parque, both of which were excellent. Free train to/from Loro Parque was a great way of seeing the rest of the resort. Would highly recommend and we are considering booking for next year already.

stayed for 11 nights on 18th June, very clean and spacious apartment, no air conditioning but fan in bedroom was more than adequate, staff very friendly and attentive, food in restaurant was fine and prices were reasonable, i would go back, the only negative was the heart attack hill it was on, but very cheap taxis from the beach front, 4 euros

These apartments are excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean and a heated swimming pool. A bar with entertainment every evening. Plenty of local shops and eating places. Loro Parqu is worth a visit just to see the Orca Whales. Great beech nearby. Plenty to see and if you want there are plenty of local buses to visit other parts of the island.

Excellent location for La Paz and Puerto De La Cruz. Weather was superb and apartment was perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly. Apartment had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of local bars, restaurants and good food within a short walk.

We really enjoy going to Apt. Casablanca in Tenerife, always clean and tidy, staff are lovely, and very helpful,. Both on reception and in the Bar , rooms are bright and airy, cleaners are good, beds are comfy, xx food in the bar/restaurant is very nice and very reasonable, we have been going for about 27 years and hopefully for many more

Great place to stay but the only thing i can say is its at the top of a very steep hill! 125 steps down to the town which you had to climb back up with shopping unless you took a taxi. My husband has deteriorating hips so not the best place to be. Apart from that had an ok time, not a great deal to see once you've been on one of the islands they are all virtually the same. Could not fault the staff at all they were lovely and helpful. Food ok nothing outstanding, think everything was frozen. We went bed and breakfast only to find you couldn't have a full english on it? Only people not paying for breakfast in their deal got it at a cost of course. On our first morning we ordered a full english only to find the waiter quite rude and inpatient explaining to us we could only chose breakfast from 1-8, i asked if we could pay extra for the full breakfast, he said no! So as much as we had an ok holiday we won't be going back.

Just back from a week at this hotel and couldn't recommend it enough. We went self catering and there was every piece of kitchen equipment that you could possibly need. There is also a fantastic supermarket just st the bottom off the hill. Although we had really good food in the hotel restaurant and the resort. The apartments we spotless and so comfortable, the beds were great and the bathroom was really modern with an amazing shower. There were also lots of little extras, when we arrived we were greeted with porters who brought our Luggage to the room for us. In the room was a bottle of complimentary wine which was a lovely touch and as a bonus there was free wifi in the rooms. The bar and restaurant staff could not have been more freindly and helpful. Overall I loved these apartments and would definitely recommend them.

Another superb holiday at these fabulous apartment. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff always on hand. The onsite restaurant and bar are excellent value for money and there is entertainment provided several times a week.

Excellent apartments , very helpful staff . On a hill not great if you have problems walking . Taxis very cheap though . Would not hesitate to go back or reccomend to a friend . Beautiful view over the island . Good shops and restaurants nearby
