Was very impressed. We went all inclusive. Food was extremely good. Omelettes and eggs were cooked to order for breakfast along with a wide variety of breakfast foods. Wide choice of meat and fish cooked fresh to order for lunch and dinner with a very wide variety of other dishes, salads and desserts. White wine was medium but rose was drinkable. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a 10 min walk to front. There is a bus stop approx 50 yds from reception to various places. The bus stop to Los Gigantes is about 5 mins away opposite Playa Olyid.

Fantastic place to stay for friends and family. Service was brilliant. Rooms huge and immaculate. Great water polo every day at 16:00. The hotel also lend you table tennis bats and balls. Lovely pool. Plenty to do. Great value for money. We would highly recommend!

This was my 1st time I had been to Tenerife and I was not disappointed with the accommodation. I could not fault anything within hotel, I was extremely happy with all the facilities, especially the entertainment team, I would return to this hotel year after year.

Great hotel. No problems at all pools are great food is great we stayed for a week. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Staff were very friendly and great with our daughter. Arrived late on the first night and as we had missed the all inclusive had a bag of sandwiches,water, juice, yoghurts and biscuits very nice touch. All pools were great plenty beds. Kids pool was fantastic. Only thing I would say is that a few kids fell off the bridge in the kids pool as it is very steep we didn't let our child on it and many others didn't too. Food was great we would recommend and also return

Just stayed here for a week and it was a pleasure, we had the superior premium room which was lovely and our daughter had a double room which was also a good size and very nice inside. The food was very good with lots of choice and if you don’t like the food there’s a Burger King and McDonald’s within 2 mins of hotel. The pool and facilities where perfect, very clean and always beds available. It was my birthday when staying and we returned after a day at Siam Park to find a bottle of wine and happy birthday card had been left by the staff which was a lovely touch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always a smile and nothing to much trouble.

We loved this hotel, we stayed in a 1 bed apartment with our two children, there was more than enough room for us all it was immaculate! Cleaned perfectly every day and also provided with clean towels on a daily basis if needed, the entertainment for the children is fantastic and there are pool games and kids club throughout the day, the food was excellent! Choices for all appetites, so fresh and lovely tasting, will definitely stay here again

Would recommend if you after a good alround all inclusive! On arrival was given the worst room on the complex so beware if your given the room above the stage! The room had no usable out door area it was blocked by stage canapy and the was very no natural light at all in this room. We didn't even unpack it shouldn't be classed a a room it would service better as a curtsey room for departure purposes only ! Reception did relocate us to an other room straightway without any problems

Booked through Jet2 and all went well. Food quality and choice excellent. Rooms spacious and clean and very quiet at night. Location a little out of the main strip, but if you don't mind walking, including steep slopes, then no problem.

It was our 4th visit to this hotel. We will be visiting again next year. I would book the superior room as has a hot tub I wouldn't book any other room now as was lovely to spend quality time with my children without having to use the hotel pool all the time.

Well all I can say I was very worried about going here as all the bad reports but me and my family had a great time and is looking to re book 4 next year we had a great time and made some great friends and all the staff r great and so helpful I went to them about our bedroom door as it was not opening and b4 I even got down the the joiner was there looking at the door great service

Absolutely fantastic this hotel was better than expected, from arriving at reception out thoughts were wow it was very clean and nice the staff where friendly and helpful we checked in straight away no hassle at all got to our room which was very nice big spacious very clean with a lovely huge balcony over looking the splash area . Restaurant food quality staff choice of food was fantastic for the whole 2 weeks the drinks available were brilliant but could have been excellent had the had cider on (you had to pay 2 euro) there was spirts cocktails slush on all day for children again bar staff very very friendly Then comes the animation team , team ciccico Marco Robbie Briana Cassandra antella absolutely brilliant great entertainment Fantastic memories made forever we did everything from football to taking part in the shows we will definitely be going back

We had a week here in Jan 17, hotel very clean,rooms freshly renovated. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Got upgraded to a room with a hottub on the balcony amazing my 6 year old loved it. Food great big selection. Only negative beds weren't very comfy.

Great hotel. Housekeeping amazing. Good choice of food. Pools great. Heated just enough to swim in January. Entertainment a good laugh. It is situated on a steep hill but we enjoyed the walk and it's only a few euros for a taxi back up.

The staff, facilities, food and the brilliant apartment we had,we couldn't fault anything. Great staff, everyone friendly, and the views were just brilliant. We will certainly be going back as soon as we can.

As with all reviews you get very mixed commentary. I stayed at the Tagoro in a party of 10 people during the February school holidays and we had a great time. Particular highlights were Roberto and Circco, the 2 Entertainment guys who were absolutely fantastic. They were never short of energy or a smile and my kids loved them. All the staff though were very helpful and polite, nothing was every too much trouble to them. The food although a little repetitive, was of a good standard and we loved it all - although I didn't like the queuing for omelettes in the morning and there wasn't always enough cutlery available. Overall for us we had a great time and as we were there, the hotel were clearly updating and upgrading a lot of things which was good to see and it was done in a way that was not disruptive to the guests. We would definitely go here again.
