LABRANDA Suites Costa Adeje

I loved the fact that Adults have their own space and swimming pool. The accommodation was lovely and clean with fresh delivery of towel each day if required. The positives are that fresh water was delivered daily and tea and coffee sachets were replenished regularly. Negatives: I thought the charge for a key safe a bit excessive. I had a service personal literally burst into my room even though I had put a do not disturb sign on the outside of the door as I had gone back to bed feeling unwell the sign was still on the door when I checked. So annoying . I reported the matter to a receptionist and got an apology from her, but would have like a more formal apology. The staff were friendly and helpful . Although the pool was heated it was just about. Sun loungers aplenty no problem.

I stayed in this hotel in July with my wife, mother in law and 7 month old baby. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of cava, which I thought was a lovely gesture. We had a ground floor family room which was ok for us but a bigger family would struggle for space. Food was the downfall of this holiday, we are not picky eaters, but had to eat out 4 nights out of 7. Daytime entertainment was really good, the in-house entertainment team work their sock off and try to entertain all ages. The evening entertainment was really poor, this consisted mostly of the in-house entertainment team making it up as they went along, very rude bar men that made my wife uncomfortable every time she went up to order, no manners at all! Plenty of sun beds but if you want the good seats, make sure you set your alarms for 6am to get your towel down!!! Overall, I enjoyed but wouldn’t return in a hurry. I’ve honestly stayed in better 3 star hotels and paid a lot less for the holiday.

Brilliant hotel, so clean and well presented. The food was lovely and whilst repetitive at times was perfect for half board. Good location too and pool areas great. Entertainment team were brilliant and were so amazing with our children especially Stephanie, Rachel and Charles.

We enjoyed our stay at Labranda Suites. The newly refurbished hotel is modern and welcoming. Our room was a family room facing into the pool and again it was fresh and modern. Great Beds. Air con was a pleasure after leaving a blistering hot house in the UK. Staff couldnt do enough for all the guests. Buffet selection and restaurant staff were brilliant. All staff worked very hard to keep everyone satisfied. The only thing we marked the hotel down on was the music on poolside was too loud for too long sometimes. We think the music should be turned down at least once the water aerobics or pool fun sessions were finished. The poolside atmosphere is just as nice when its no music. Bar staff were great. Our room was always left refreshed each day. Only a lot of good things to say about Labranda. Thanks to all the staff.

We have just come back from 7 nights at the Labranda Suites in Costa Adeje. We stayed in the family part of the hotel with our 2 kids aged 5 & 6. This was by far one of my favourite hotels and places I’ve been too!!! I was 24wks and they made sure I was on the ground floor. All the staff work so hard to make sure your holiday is as best as can be. Great for families and the location is amazing with the bus stop right outside the hotel. I couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. We will definitely be returning!! The food is amazing, lots to choose from and a wide range of variety. The entertainment is absolutely outstanding, the team who run the entertainment don’t stop from early in the day to late at night. They are AMAZING!! We loved the entertainment, it made our holiday. Can’t wait to go back!!

Was all inclusive and stayed here 25th April for a week. We upgraded to adults only when we got here for an additional price and it really didn’t make a difference except being on the adults side. The drinks and cocktails for ‘all inclusive’ was shocking. Made from a pre made machine and weren’t fresh at all. The buffet was average and had basically the same stuff every night… the hotel still looks unfinished and was very hard to find your way around as there was no proper signs or help to get where you wanted to go. We couldn’t use the restaurant on site as it still wasn’t open. The live entertainment could be better for the adults only and the repetitive music playlist they had on everyday was very boring and draining. For being on the adults side it wasn’t very lively at all. The all inclusive package was the let down in all of this… if you wanted to have a fresh cocktail you had to pay extra for this and you aren’t told prior to booking that the restaurants aren’t included in all inclusive. You have to pay an extra fee when you go use them (if they’re open). Was a good location in costa adeje but wouldn’t return based on the food and drink and unorganisation of the hotel. Looks nice and modern but isn’t great!

A very recently renovated hotel with spacious, very comfortable, modern suites and excellent facilities. This hotel has separate areas for adults and families with different restaurants, bars and pools. Although originally allocated a family room by our travel company, we were able to change to use the adult facilities due to the intervention of the Hospitality Manager, Carolina, a fantastic, hard working member of staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Other staff, especially Solomon, a barman, were incredibly friendly and very well trained. There was a good selection of high quality food in the restaurant. Perhaps an improvement to the all inclusive drinks package is needed as this is our only criticism. This is an excellent hotel to which we will definitely return very soon.
