HOVIMA Panorama Aparthotel

Can not fault this hotel. Extremely high standard of cleanliness everywhere, rooms light airy pleasantly decorated, good choice of food and again very high standard, pool and surroundings very easy to use, a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the marina / beach. What sets it all off is the people that work there, they are cheerful, polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms spotless we had a late flight so missed our evening meal but when we got into the room they had prepared salads water fruit and a bottle of wine which i thought was a lovely gesture. The pool was just a nice tempreture was plenty of sunbeds would stay in this hotel again

The hotel was very good the staff were very helpful, everyone was friendly , the only thing I didnt like was we were given a room in the back with no pool view , I did request this but was told it could not be guaranteed, so we had no sun in the afternoon , which is always nice to sit out on the balcony, you should have the choice even if it means paying more , I would not choose the hotel again as I would be worried at being put in the back again

We could not fault Hovima staff, they are so welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The service we received from all was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. We were delighted at breakfast during the week, by being serenaded by excellent local musicians, what a very special touch. We always found plenty food we liked to eat and the food was varied, just maybe a little more fresh fruit would be my only negative comment. The pool area and bar was very relaxing and very clean, could not fault this either. There were always plenty sunbeds and towels were removed if guests left towels on the beds, before the pool was open. Staff were very encouraging when I tried out my Spanish and seemed pleased that I did try, and would take the time to ensure I got it right! It was our first time in Tenerife, but we will be going back there, for sure, to the same hotel. Alex and Kirsty Scotland

To start off on the positive the staff were really nice. The food was edible and it looked to me like the restaurant has some investment - it was very pleasant area. There was a reasonable pool and some evening entertainment. Our room was a shocker, down a dingy corridor with a balcony facing a wall. It was horribly claustrophobic. There was ingrained dirt in the tiles and hairs on the bathroom floor and just a general feeling of lack of maintenance and care in hygene. The worst was directly next door the property had parrots or something that started screeching around 6 am and it was continuous all day. The noise was incredibly loud. The holiday was booked with a free child place but the hotel is one of the least child friendly I have visited. No pool games, no inflatables allowed and the few kids there had glum faces. There was nothing for them to do and some of the guests were very rude towards the children. I stayed two nights because my operator could not move me sooner and we went to another hotel that was marvellous.
