Hotel Bahia del Duque

Excellent resort had a fantastic stay, food was fantastic in the many restaurants on site, staff were very helpful and attentive. The resort was well kept and maintained.

We stayed at the Bahia del duque during June 2024 and had a wonderful holiday. The room was clean and beautifully maintained by the staff. Every member of staff we spoke to were friendly and went over and above with their service. The food was excellent and there is a great choice of restaurants to go to. The grounds are wonderful and there are different pools to sit around and relax. It is definately a 10 out of 10 for this hotel and we intend to return at some point in the not too distant future.

This was our third visit to this hotel (last visit was a few years ago) This hotel is sitting on its laurels and is just not trying The breakfast is great but the rest of the restaurants are poor- one meal we sent back and the manager could not have cared less although refunded the money. The room service- also poor. Two to three nights running was given one towel between 2 people. Had to keep asking for 4 large towels We gave feedback to a senior manager at the welcome drinks event (5 days into our holiday out of a 7 day break). He did not seem bothered in any way Our room was significantly worse than the room we booked before (although I appreciate it is several years since we visited this hotel). Yet we had booked the same type of room and the hotel knew we had visited 2 times before This hotel was excellent a few years ago but is not now 5 star. Not by a long way. The setting and location are good but that is it. Other hotels are wonderful eg Corales Beach and Jardin Niveria and the Sheraton. This hotel really needs to take a good look and compare itself to its neighbouring hotels

This was our second visit to this Hotel and we went with high expectations. As the title of this review suggests we were not disappointed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and went that 'extra mile' to ensure that we had an excellent holiday experience. The holiday was booked through Jet2 Indulgent escapes and we most certainly felt that we were enjoying an indulgent escape.

This was our third trip to Bahia Del Duque and we cannot praise it enough.It is in a lovely setting with easy access to the beach and shops.The facilities are excellent,the restaurants offer great choice and variety and the service is outstanding.We were particularly pleased with the tennis this time and really enjoyed our half term break.

What an exceptional hotel. First class service at all times. If you can book into the case ducal area. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We loved it all. Rooms were great food was even better from the breakfasts to the afternoon tea and then dinner. The buffet was also really good along with the beautiful restaurants on site

Delightfully situated resort hotel with mature gardens and an extensive range of accommodation and cuisine. The quirky layout takes a little time to get used to and the decor is a little tired in places. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping team are delightful, unobtrusive and efficient. Room was nicely appointed and very comfortable, albeit showing its age. The restaurant choice on site was very extensive and there were some equally nice places externally within two minutes walk west of the beach gate. Definitely a candidate for a longer return visit.
