GF Gran Costa Adeje

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful, entertainment each evening was good, there were plenty of sun beds, parasols and fresh towels. The only downfall was the food, the hot food was barely warm, my friend had recommended the hotel saying how great the food was, plenty of fish and seafood. There was fish each evening but on two occasions the fresh fish was cooked on the same hotplate as tuna, unfortunately, I’m allergic to it so was unable to have fish those days. We spoke to quite a few people and they to were disappointed, especially as they’d been on numerous occasions. Saying that, the food in the snack bar was hot and very tasty.

Perfect in every way this hotel has it all from a great location to staff that are very friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment is that it is closing next year for 7 or 8 months so we are at a loss where to go now without being disappointed as no hotel will measure up to this one.

Had a wonderful holiday here if I could have a moan it would be the view, side sea view but street view but this in no way effect our holiday. Room and bed comfy cleaned every day,towels changed as required to your needs. Breakfast was very good everything you would want from any cereal, porridge and full English with everything in between. Never a problem getting a sun bed but we only had one pool day. Entertainment was go we did a few nights and enjoyed. Staff were great everyone bar staff cleaner hotel staff . Pool bar a snack bar did good value lunches

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had one of the quieter rooms. Others complained of noise from weddings/parties. The 3 course evening meal was a let down; starters tended to be large (mainly lettuce) salads or pasta with smaller main courses; quality on the whole poor. I really had enough of white bread! Breakfast basic. Although dining staff very friendly, the team seemed disorganised as if not really knowing the duties of each member of staff. Seiano is a bit ‘out of the way’. This didn’t bother us too much but nothing much around. Train 15 mins walk away but along a busy road. Weren’t told we could buy train tickets at reception so ask! Third time at this fabulous hotel, could not fault anything. Excellent location ,staff very attentive .Rooms spacious , great choice of food. Hotel kept very clean and smelt amazing.Cant wait to return again in January.

The hotel was superb. More details below. But the one thing they did different was sunbeds. You can't reserve them by getting up at 7.30 and if you try, the hotel will remove the towels. This means there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Breakfast was fantastic - our last holiday was at Sandals, and this breakfast was better. We only did B&B so can't comment on other meals. Everywhere was clean, even the toilets for the pools looked like they had just been cleaned every time you used them. Adult only swimming pool on the roof terrace was especially nice. The hotel is in a really good area with some great restaurants in walking distance - so pleased we didn't do the all inclusive.

We have visited this hotel on numerous occasions it is spotless clean has fabulous friendly staff food us excellent and entertainment is great. We visited as a family in September 2021 and before covid twice every year.
