Plus Fariones Suite Hotel

We stayed at the Plus Fariones Suite Hotel for 4 nights in December 2024. The location was great, not too far for transfer from the airport and overlooking the sandy beach which was accessed from the pool area. The hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were friendly. The room was very nice and a high standard. The balcony overlooked the beach and out to sea. Everything was within walking distance (bars/cafés/ shops). We would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again.

Hotel is beautiful after refurbishing and very clean. However we had issues with the dining experience. Dining room was cold due to doors always open (I know it was January but cold winds were blowing throughout). Breakfast was ok but food got cold very quickly due to cold plates. Dinner service stopped at 9pm sharp with everything starting to get cleared at 8.45 and nothing topped up/replenished after 8.30. This is Spain when locals don’t dine until much later! The food was distinctly cold/cold plates and ruined our perception of a lovely 4 star hotel. Get this problem sorted as lots of people commenting on this issue.

The Fariones Suite Hotel had been refurbished to a lovely standard. All rooms have been given a modern makeover. The only thing here was the room had a microwave oven and kettle, sink etc but no plates or cutlery in room, just a few cups and saucers, in case you wanted to make a snack etc. There was a spare wardrobe storage cupboard bedside the small kitchen that would have been better used as kitchen utensil storage, I had to borrow plates and cutlery from the restaurant and purchase a couple of wine glasses for the room....! Staff are very pleasant and the housekeeping staff are exceptional and deserve a special mention. The pool area is a very pleasant place to relax in and I'm glad to see the hotel have a system in place and actively enforcing it to prevent sun lounger hogging with towels. The restaurant for breakfast and evening meal was generally always tidy and clean although sometimes a bit slow in clearing tables which were vacated. Good choice of food all round. I am not a fan of the hotels two tier 'Select' system, were you can, for an extra payment get access to a select sun lounge area and an area in the restaurant just for the select few, the restaurant bit was a waste of time as you are in the same place eating the same food as all other guests....? There is also a decent gym area and spa treatments etc. are available to book from reception. The hotel interior is unique and I'm glad they didn't alter it too much from before. It may seem like i didn't fully enjoy my stay but on the contrary the hotel had a lovely peaceful atmosphere, we went in November so may be quieter than the usual rowdy months of July and August. I think 4 star is a fair rating. All in all a pleasant stay but needs a few tweaks to make it a perfect stay.

The accommodation was two interlinked suites for our family of four. We had ground floor suites with private sun loungers overlooking the pool. Each suite had a sitting area with a separate bedroom, so lot’s of space. It was very clean. We only used the restaurant for breakfast where there was an extensive buffet which included a good range of gluten free options (I am coeliac). The staff in the restaurant were helpful. All in all an excellent base to explore Lanzarote.

Staff really accommodating and very friendly. Rooms very clean. And evening entertainment was absolutely amazing. Having stayed their before I did find that we missed the day time entertainment even if it had been water aerobics. The lay out of the restaurant where the food was concerned I found very confusing as everything was all over the place the butter or jam was never near the bread or croissants , not even with the cereal or fruit which when have breakfast would have been so much better if it was all together. But it was near the salad. And most of the food that wasn't cooked while you waited ,was lukewarm. But overall we had a very nice holiday their

This hotel is top quality, clean and well designed. Staff are excellent and go above and beyond eg our flight out was delayed and as such we missed dinner. The hotel were aware of this and provided a superb cold meat and salad dinner with bread and cheese selection as well as drinks which was very much needed and appreciated. Another plus was no noisy kids or idiot others. Location was spot on right on the beach with plenty loungers. Overall a superb hotel for a great relaxing vacation.

A wonderful oasis of calm and relaxation, on the periphery of a holiday town. The rooms were large, bright and with fantastic sea views. Staff treated you like royalty but no fuss or complications. A truly first class hotel but at mid-range prices. Ideal for a family, couple or solo traveller. Will recommend++ to others and hopefully stay there again if the chance arises.

Hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely. Food in the day round the pool was superb, evening meals were a let down options was limited as we were on an all inclusive package it wasn't very appealing so we went out most nights. If you are staying as bed & breakfast i would say a very good hotel to pick. As I'm aware all inclusive is not an option now. overall a good hotel we would stay again on a bed & breakfast option.

Everything excellent... couldn’t ask for better hotel location great facilities staff friendly And very helpfully bed n breakfast option was 100 percent. Supermarket on site was so handy. Views overlooking pool and beach unbelievable. Definitely will be back.
