VIK Hotel San Antonio

This is a fantastic hotel and you are made welcome on arrival. The staff are always helpful and friendly a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. Next to the beach and only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Del Carmen. A perfect place to go for your holiday.

5 start hotel and staff. The restaurants and bars are first class. Recommend breakfast on the terrace by the pool every morning in the sun. The location is excellent in the middle between Matagorda and Puerto del Carmen. Ideal for easy holiday walks. Short commute from the airport too. Going again next month.😎

Needs updating, very tired. Only one bar open at any time day or night to get a drink. Rooms very small.some staff were great but a few were very rude. Food was good. Don’t do all inclusive, absolutely not worth it.

Being a second stay at the resort, it was worth every penny. Despite my low rating this time, the overall experience was still great either way. So my only 2 concerns were… 1) my hotel room was right next to a noisy lift & 2) a couple of restaurant waiters coming across selectively rude. I won’t go into any detail but just to say it was quite obvious on the treatment given to where you’re from. Eurovision results spring to mind… 😬 Apart from that, the resort was generally well kept, clean, quiet and had plenty of areas to soak up some rays. Not to mention it’s right next to the beach, which is great if you want to avoid anyone… The food and drink at the resort was exceptional, well worth going fully inclusive! The evenings were fantastic too with a line up of pretty okish acts. In all fairness, I would still consider going back to the resort for my next holiday.

Try to book updated rooms, food excellent ,conservatory Dining if preferred,location very good. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Evening entertainment. Sometimes a little below average.pools heated to good temperature,

Great food, great entertainment, great pool . The staff were always friendly and helpful in every way- couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend this hotel to any couples who want a holiday without the kids

We have stayed at the Vik San Antonio 10 times in total. All the staff go that extra bit to make your holiday. The hotel’s rooms are spotless and the food is fine. Sometimes the hot food could do with being hotter. Steps can be a bit of a problem for anyone who has difficulty walking, There aren’t enough lifts really. The hotel is well positioned by the beach and very close to the shops.

Really disappointed in this hotel. A piece of jewellery went missing on cleaning - all personal property moved each day. Hotel refused to accept blame. This isn’t a 4* hotel. Best tables were reserved for favourite guests, communal spaces tired. Would not recommend

3rd time here but would probably look at self catering next time. Couldn't fault the hotel. Food as good as ever and love the location. Cleaners in every day doing a great job. Just feel that we were regimented to meal times so would look for more flexibility in future.

Stayed here for a week in August...cant fault this hotel, food was fantastic..we had 2 Chinese nights Indian, sushi....pool area was always clean and could always get beds. Would deffo return here it was real value

Had never been to Lanzarote before and I was recommend this hotel and was glad I went with it I had my most relaxing holiday in ages. Staff very pleasant, food all very well prepared and lovely. Fantastic evening entertainment with varied type of professional acts, with waiter service so you could enjoy watching them. Slight problem was they have a lot of steps to different parts outside which could affect people with buggies or in chairs. We had a lovely holiday here.

As the subject heading, we have been coming to the VIK San Antonio for 10 years, yes I know what people say that some of the rooms need updating, and they are dealing with it. The staff in every area are wonderful, the choice of food is amazing, but you will always get some people nit picking, you cant please all of the people all of the time! I would highly recommend the San Antonio,.
