Floresta Apartments

We had a great time at the Floresta. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments were cleaned every day and were immaculate. The food was tasty with several options to choose from each night, my only criticism is it's a little repetitive. The location is at the quieter end but there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants near by but if you like a walk the livelier end isn't far and taxis are cheap. The beach is also close the the Floresta We went half board as we like to explore the area and not be tied to the hotel.

The hotel of two parts. One part the quiet side that thankfully I was in. The other part was awful. Loud. Drunks. Kids screaming. Darts. Pool. Might as well have gone to Blackpool. Hotel very clean. Very safe as you are locked in. All staff lovely. Gave up going to the bar to get a drink as it was a long walk. Went to spar instead and PAID for drinks to put in the fridge. Food was great. But coffee in restaurant awful. Very entertaining watching towels being put out from 0645 only for the staff to remove them! Not once were the loungers cleaned around the pool. Was expecting them to be hosed down everyday. I would recommend this hotel if you have children and/or a large family group. The two bed apartment was excellent.

Lovely clean hotel, gorgeous pool area with plenty of sunbeds, great cocktails for only €5 (we were on a bed & breakfast package) great breakfast - lots of choice and plenty of it. Great location for beach and local shops, bars etc, big spar shop just over the road for essentials. Only a 25 minute walk into Puerto del carmen for a bit more to do in the evening!

Great apartments, good food, well maintained inc. cleaners and pool, nice friendly atmosphere, great location just a few minutes to a spar and the lovely prom, good access for disabled, have been twice and have booked to go back again

Been here a few times now & not disappointed from check in to check out 10out of 10 we only stayed B&B so can’t comment on food although breakfast was good something for everyone,room was cleaned every day to high standards changed towels everyday pools are clean & well maintained. close to all shops/supermarket bars restaurants .

Very nice hotel loved the rooms with little patio extremely clean all inclusive excellent location excellent nothing bad to say I travelled for 3 days with 2 teens beach on the door step is a massive bonus 😀

Can not put into words just how nice this place is from the hotel to the staff nothing is To much trouble we were all inclusive and the selection of food was great every day the entertainment staff are amazing and really get everybody involved throughout the day This our 3rd time coming here and 2nd time this year the area is lovely a stone throw away from the beach with every thing you could possibly need can’t wait to return next year

No complaints here! You get what you pay for, so tbh I did t expect it to be as good as it was! Very clean with maids coming in every couple of days, beds changed on a regular basis, nice updated bathroom. Very close to the front where you can find all the shops. 10 mins transfer from the airport. We go back in July & I can’t wait!!

First class service by the staff. Rooms and complex kept very clean. Good selection of food to suit all types and ages. Excellent bar service with day and evening entertainment available. Very good and safe pools, heated in winter which is a bonus and the complex is opposite the beach and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main resort.

Arrived at 22.30 and the check in was quick and easy with pleasant staff. Provided with some food at this point as it was too late for the restaurant. We found our room pretty easy and was soon able to chill with a drinking the bar. The whole place was very clean and tidy, even down to the life guard picking up rubbish whist patrolling the pool area. The food was lovely. Don't think there was day where we just had to opt for chips or walk out hungry. The entertainment team were brill and my 7 year old really thought they great . They always had time to say hello to him when passing. Would definatly recommend this hotel if you are a family or group of all ages.

Just got back from what was a fantastic holiday to the Floresta hotel. Staff, rooms, pools, food, entertainment, location and cleanliness was first class. Excellent beach, bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Definitely will be returning, hopefully on a yearly basis. Thank you all.

Staff couldn’t do any more than to help and advise in every way. Good idea to have English programmes on television for if the weather was to much to sit around the pool. Swimming was good. Staff in the dinning room area was excellent very friendly. Out of the three hotel this company own this one to me the best location and most helpful.
