O7 Aloe Corralejo & Acua Waterpark

This was our second time at 07 Aloe but unfortunately possibly our last. We had a great holiday. The food was good, the pools and slides were great, the rooms were big, clean and airy. The big issue for us was lack of sun loungers. Having to set an alarm for 3am to possibly get a remaining sun lounger isn't my idea of fun. People were leaving towels down before they went to bed and no staff remove them. The most frustrating thing is, there is ample room for plenty more loungers round the pools. Complaining didn't make any difference. If this issue was resolved we would go back in the morning

The accomodation was undergoing some changes during our stay, so there was a little untidiness in sone areas. This did not distract from a great family holiday, only spoilt by some obnoxious "brits" who seemed solely intent on drinking excessively and disrupting other peoples enjoyment!!

Hotel recently changed ownership and improvements starting already. I was told there will soon be water slides and a pirate ship in the pools to entertain little ones even more. Rooms a little dated but absolutely fine. Staff are friendly and work very hard a special mention to Rammes on reception so helpful and friendly. Great pool area ,good selection of food. Evening entertainment not great but met friends who made our holiday even better. As for cocroaches, I never saw many and you get them in a hot country but I believe if there was problems the hotel did all they could by spraying rooms. Easy access around hotel with ramps accessing 1st 2 floors we were on 3 rd floor room 312 overlooking the main pool but my 10 year old daughter had no problem getting her case up the last few stairs . Staff out cleaning all areas from early morning and late at night Sad to read the negative reviews as I feel its not justified. You are not going to get a 5 star hotel for this price ,so if you want posh cocroaches go to a 5 star hotel and pay lots more. I really didn't want to leave as we had a wonderful holiday and that was partly due to the hotel ,there wonderful staff and lovely people I met, and bexwani I really didn't want you to leave 😢. I recommend this hotel for a holiday and I will.return in the future to see any improvements they are making

From the time I got there there wasn't one cold drink the air conditioning was broken pool was dirty were you couldn't see the bottom algae on the pool floor . Most of the beds by the pool were broken the ones that were ok you had to get up at 4 to get one .told manager and he said he didn't have the staff to keep the place clean .emailed jet2 they haven't replied to me yet .so do your self's a favour and don't book it this place .

The hotel, facilities, staff were all fantastic. The visit was so good in October we booked, almost straight away to go back again in February! One of the main pools was heated too which is always a bonus in the winter months.

Stayed here in the last week of November 2019...nice and clean. Food in abundance and staff very friendly. Evening entertainment was different every night. Various pool areas... Only blip was jacuzzi was cold and spa was unable to fix whilst we were thete

Very good hotel, all you could want for an all inclusive. Friendly staff, good choice of food (recommend the on site Italian), clean rooms, good selection of pools, always sun beds available. Evening entertainment isn't the greatest but adequate

Hotel was brilliant. Hotel reception are so nice and very helpful. Kids club was brilliant. A new guy has took over known as clappy clappy lol very nice and friendly guy and hes gonna do an amazing job.. also the girl that took the mini club nearly every night is brilliant.

Travelled with other half and 2 children aged 4 and 5. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are slightly dated but comfortable. Resteraunt is pleasant and clean. Food on offer was of good quality. Choice of food at meal times slightly repetitive. Evening entertainment was again quite repetitive and limited to a quiz or karaoke every night with a singer/performer once a week. Kids entertainment on evening was quite late to start and only lasted 30 minutes but they did enjoy it. Kids club in the day had a range of craft activities. Some of the pools were heated which was nice when heating was on. Staff work tirelessly in the resteraunt to clear plates and keep tables clean. Hotel was 5 minutes from main town in taxi. All In all we found the hotel value for money but lacking a few things to take it up to a higher rating.

Couldn't fault this hotel , lovely clean room with pool view, lovely pools, plenty sun beds, plenty of choice food wise, every thing on tap for drinks and snacks..we had a really relaxing holiday and would come back to this hotel again...plenty of shops within walking distance and the beach close enough too...maybe a lick of paint required here and there but that is work in progress , weather was lovely
