Minura Sur Menorca & Waterpark

Warm welcome on arrival. We had a 2 bedroom suite with2 bathrooms which was brilliant with teenagers, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Stayed all inclusive, always something to eat even for a fussy eater. All the staff were friendly throughout the whole of the complex. Lots of activities going on for all, enjoyed daily aqua gym. Waterpark only across the road, good fun. 15 minute walk to Punta Prima beach, quiet location, not many places to eat outside of the hotel. Would definitely go back again.

We arrived in an absolute nightmare as I had somehow lost my son’s passport at some point on leaving Manchester and landing in Menorca. However the hotel were so helpful from start to finish. The staff are all wonderful and attentive. The hotel is clean, bright and inviting. We stayed in an apartment, it was lovely and the cleaning staff did an amazing job each day. The bar staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to say hi and remember drinks you had regularly. The food for an all inclusive was brilliant. There was always fresh pizza, chips and fruit, aswell as loads of other options to try. Desserts were aplenty too, and the hot dog stall was a great hit. The waterpark was fantastic, the water was chilly the first couple of days but it was early May so it was to be expected. We would definitely recommend. We travelled here with our four sons - 14,11,8 and 4. The only downside is it’s quite remote aside from the beach and few bars/shops at punta prima and then the train to binibeca. Theres not much around within walking distance, but that being said there’s plenty to do on site to keep you entertained without the need to venture.

This hotel is a basic 3*, you get what you paid for. It was clean, friendly staff and food was ok. Unfortunate that there were queues to get into the restaurant to eat. The waterpark just opposite absolutely made this holiday. I’d come again just for the water park and how close it is to the hotel.

Hotel room was fine, best hotel yet for food choices and drinks and snacks available for adults and kids, entertainment was ok better for tge younger children, waterpark was great, a little ruff on feet and shutes a little ruff on shorts and backside, would go back tho

Went here with my twin boys (11yrs) and arrived at lunch time. We were seen and given our room key quite promptly. The room had two single beds, a sofa bed, tv and a separate bathroom, the room was big enough for us as all we did was shower and sleep. There was a lot of choices in the food hall to eat, so we never went hungry. The boys loved playing with the other kids in the pool, and took part in the daily activities organised by the animation team. The good thing was that you could pop over to the water park and go on the slides freely. We spent a day in the capital, which was a 25min bus journey, and done the glass bottom boat trip. I had a couple of issues with the room and water park but the jet2 holiday reps were great and resolved the problem straight away. We went for 10 days and by the end we didn't want to go home. Next year more of my family want to come with us , as it's nice slow relaxing go at your own pace holiday. Spend a day around the pool, water park, walk down the beach , take a bus to Mahon, ride the kids train , rent a motor and explore, do whatever whenever ....

Really lovely staff. Lovely clean hotel. Fantastic splash park. Only downside, nothing really within reasonable walking distance. No local cafe's, coffee shops outside the hotel to visit unless you were prepared to travel by bus or taxi.

Overall we had a great time here. We spent most days at the waterpark and only visited the hotel pool once the park closed. The food was really good with great options and no big queues. I could get my morning coffee fix very easily :). The drinks are good, it has a small onsite shop with fair prices. All the staff were very helpful and seemed happy enough. The rooms are small but we slept really well here and the beds / pillows were comfortable. The evening entertainment is a bit lacking but we would definitely go back here.
