Fortuna Beach Hotel

WiFi only available in lobby area. Swimming pool is tiny and not deep enough. Reserving of sunbeds is standard (usually by 6am) Spa was brilliant. Food ok. The daytime entertainment almost non existent. Cost of “free” towels is £1 per towel. Pillows in room felt old. All inclusive drinks of very poor quality. Hotel in a nice position, near the beach, and within walking distance of shops and bars. Not my best holiday, but bearable!

We're regulars at the Fortuna Beach, having visited on 6 occasions now. This year we'll return twice, making up for missing out over the last couple of seasons. The town is changing a bit, but still retains that friendly village feel. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and perfectly comfortable, but perhaps could use a bit of a refresh in terms of décor in the rooms. When full, it can be a bit of a lottery getting a poolside lounger, but the beach is very handy if poolside is full. Bar and restaurant is the joy of the Fortuna Beach for us, with so many of the staff retained since our first visit 12 years ago. All of the guys in both teams work tirelessly, ensuring everything is perfect for guests. The food provided is always well presented, with a good variety of options at every service. Lots of choice for every palate, with the hot food properly hot and the chilled stuff fresh and tasty. From soup to desserts, I've enjoyed something at every single mealtime. The staff in the bar will keep you 'hydrated' with a smile throughout the day. All day cocktails are available, with the all inclusive options perfectly entertaining. We're looking forward to returning in October (catching up with the lads and returning Entertainments Supremo, Ash Ash Baby!), following on from our July trip. Highly recommended, but don't tell everyone, we want to be able to book in again next year!

Excellent hotel with good size rooms. Very clean everywhere. All staff absolutely excellent, cannot do enough for you. Food very good. Restaurant kept very clean and tidy. Will return very soon. A really lovely holiday was had by all.

We stayed at the Fortuna Beach from 6-16th June 2019. Reception - at reception there was Serkan what a lovely man he is. I asked him on the first day if he would teach me two Turkish words every day. He did this and by the end of the holiday i knew several words in Turkish and can count from 1-10 and it was great to be able to speak to the staff and locals and use the words i had learned. Restaurant/Bar the restaurant & bar is managed by Suphi, him and his staff were brilliant, your glass was never empty and nothing was ever to much trouble. the customer service was outstanding and the best i have ever had on holiday. Entertainment Ash, Ash baby, anyone who has been at this hotel will have met Ash, he is very entertaining and keeps the whole place lively. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and the Turkish night was very good. Food the food was varied and we enjoyed it. Ate out once at the Lighthouse Restaurant at the square food was lovely. Rooms Rooms were a wee bit tired looking but we thought they were good value when you take in the whole cost of the holiday. The views from our room were spectacular. The cleaners were lovely and helped me with my turkish pronunciation. Spa Area the Spa is amazing we did two packages and they were amazing and very reasonably priced hairdresser my husband had two turkish shaves and his haircut, Furtak was very funny. I had a lovely pedicure. Photographer Ali the photographer takes photos throughout your stay so be sure to buy makes some lovely holiday memories Beach the hotel has its own part of beach and is lovely the man that looks after that area of beach is lovely and polite and cant do enough for you. boat trips we did two boat trips with two different companies, i would recommend going on the EREN1 you can book this with Ozzy who is located beside the beach we will return next year and cant wait

I've been to Icmeler numerous times, but never at this hotel or with Jet2 Holidays. The hotel is a lovely place with friendly and helpful staff. Food was very good, although maybe a little repititive - but this is usually the way with All Inclusive. Minor grumbles - the internet was rubbish, and all inclusive bar went to pay bar at 11pm. Midnight would be more appropriate in my opinion. But these are minor grumbles in the scheme of things. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Paid a good sum of money for a suite in this hotel but was very disappointed with it. Nothing like the pictures on the jet2 website. Wallpaper peeling off at joints, sink cracked and tap loose, kettle and fridge not working properly. Food very poor, so much so we ate out most nights.
