Jasmin Beach Hotel

Good adherance to covid regulations. Staff very friendly and always smiling. If you only like English food you will be in trouble as the hotel was catering for mostly Turkish guests, although you would not go hungry. No entertainment as such, but that was to be expected. Pools excellent and clean, pleanty of room as hotel only half full. Everthing clean and tidy, quite inpressedon the whole.

This was our first time to Turkey and Jasmin Beach Hotel and we were really pleased with our choice. It was just what we needed. When we arrived we were seen very quickly at reception and greeted with a friendly welcome. We were helped with our luggage and shown to our room, which was really lovely, can’t fault it at all. It was clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. We couldn’t have been more impressed as it looked brand new. Only thing was the balcony as there was no view, we had a 20 foot wall to look at. The room was cleaned everyday. The pools were spotless and cleaned every morning/night. Food and drink was plentiful. You could literally eat and drink all day if you wanted. We didn’t get our moneys worth where drinks were concerned but that was our choice as it was a family holiday and we wasn’t there to drink as much alcohol as we could get down us. Maybe 1 or 2 by the pool and a couple in the evening was just fine. Saying that everyone else was the same as it is a family hotel. We visited in August and the restaurant is very busy and packed out, the tables are squeezed in with barely enough room for people to walk by without shoving your chair as you’re sat eating your meal. Having said that we were always able to find a table. The girls 14 & 12 would always get ready and go down to the restaurant first and we would join them a short time after. Without us asking they were always looked after and taken care of by the waiters and staff which was lovely to see and greatly appreciated. We visited the Turkish Bath and it was worth every penny. You must visit! The staff are so amazing and can’t do enough for their guests. Always welcoming, polite and cheerful. We have lots of respect for them as they are very hardworking and want to please. From housekeeping and cleaners right through to the management they are all worth their weight in gold. Both ladies in guest relations are fab and nip any problems in the bud. Again they work hard to make sure you have the best stay! Spoke to them once regarding a certain group and it was dealt with immediately and professionally. They won’t put up with any rubbish here. Thank you for a wonderful first time in Turkey and for making our daughters’ first holiday abroad the best. We’re hoping to come back and visit again next year.

I am going to rate the first room i checked into. It was not what i expected, the room decour needs great improvement, the room was not very clean at all. The room had a funny smell. The bath tub damaged. The room was not appealing, my son was so distress he said he did not want to sleep in that room, because he didnt feel confortable at all. My son decided to complain about the state of the room. They moved us to another room which was slightly better, but still not great. We slept in the room the first night and decided to complain again. The hotel staff decided to show us a couple of rooms that were a lot better, and we decide on the one we preferred. As we were going to get ready to move rooms, the guest relations manager decided that she would upgrade us to a better room, because she wanted us to enjoy our experience. That was the best thing she ever done for us, we were upgraded to a room that was very nice, cleaner and decour a lot better. All i expect from a hotel room is for it to be at least clean regardless of the star rating of the hotel. I worked in a well known accor hotel for six years, we had room checks, and if there were a strand of hair on the bathroom floor we would be pulled up about it. I can say i enjoyed my stay in the end, but it shouldnt have taken 3 room moves for me to be satisfied.

In a great location , lovely inside and outside the hotel. Great hotel staff always there to help and very friendly. Thought it was nice that the guest revelations manager came over and met us on our first day in the hotel. She told us everything about the hotel and she was polite and helpful. Our entertainment team at the hotel where amazing led by musty, himself, Casper and kubra where great. Really friendly to get along with and took us out on nights ou t which where also great. All the entertainment te am where always happy to talk to you and always met you while dining in the hotel. Casper,kubra and musty looked after us inside the hotel and also looked after us while we went to the club's outside of the hotel. Always something to do in the hotel and the entertainment team always got you involved and want you to enjoy your time at the hotel. Had a Turkish bath and full body massage, this was really nice and the staff are friendly and very professional. One great experience and felt more relaxed. Food had a great choice and was always clean and tidy in the restaurant. Rooms are clean and great size. All hotel facilities are amazing and in great condition.

The hotel I will rate as 2 stars. Dirty room, ants inside. Old and aged furniture. Not too many choices for food. Even we had all inclusive the drinks choices were just a few. My husband is diabetic and he had just one choice for drinks which was pepsi light but on various occasions they made it with half normal pepsi and half sparkling water. We booked because on the site was specified indoor pool but we saw that was not in use and we didn't had choices for our children because the outdoor pool was too cold. Bad experience.

Filthy rooms and communal areas limited drinks i.e. no brandy, whiskey or Bacardi watery beer, very limited choice in restaurant, staff very lazy and uninterested. This hotel is being miss sold, definitely not 4Star nearer a very poor 2star at best.

Hotel was dirty and while we were all inclusive the food was not being replenished once greedy customers had cleared the dishes...… Concerns raised with Jet 2 rep but not successful...… it is over rated with Jet 2

Good hotel great location 10min stroll to shops bars & restaurant. Or 10tl to gumbet in taxi or 20tl to bodrum . Bus stops outside hotel 3.35tl . Private beach with beds & parasol. Beach could do with cleaning hotels either side of jasmi do there's regulary throughout day. All inc has great choice of food & cakes. 5min stroll along beach will take you to The windy bay restaurant. Food & hospitality is 2nd to none. You must try turkish bath & boat trip

Staff not interested in customer services, asked 5 times to keep my room on extra 5 different answers, asked for diet coke as im diabetic, and watched him pour normal coke for dispenser, Local Turkish customers seemed more important than other European customers, food geared towards the Turkish customers as well which ive not got a problem with but some variety would be nice, so eat out 6 nights and eat in some quality restaurants for next to nothing! Bedrooms ok, but the gap between the bed and the dressing table was that small you couldn't walk through, spoke to Jet2 rep who was only interested in selling trips than sorting an issue out! The lad who cleaned the room was pleasant enough, but on 2 occasions stole my loose change from my room, which wasn't a lot but its the principle of leaving your belongings safe. the cleaning wasn't the best either. would I stay again no, but at the end my daughter enjoyed her holiday and that's all that mattered to me at the time.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, helpful and friendly. Wasn’t much things to do for children in the hotel.. and when the kids club was on once a day you had to pay extra for it. Food wasn’t the best, however it filled the hole! Over all it was a good holiday.. however not to sure if I’d visit again.. with children.

We loved it here. The panorama pool and bar area was our favourite spot ! Beach was disappointing but Bitez beach was lovely and just a short cheap taxi drive away. Great spot for exploring the local area. Short walk to the main bar street in the evening. If I'm being really picky there wasn't much variation on the food

A very nice and well maintained hotel! Upon arrival and being shown to our room we were in a block of rooms up and the panorama pool, from our balcony we had a view of the pool and out over the sea with the mountains in the background. We couldn’t quite believe this was our room for the price we had paid! Rooms are basic, well air conditioned (even though it leaked, I fear this is a common problem!) and clean. The beds are not the comfiest, you can feel the springs and the blankets are not great. The shower was great, powerful and hot. Housekeeping came and changed the beds and towels every day which was nice, and there was minimal noise from surrounding areas. Room also included a safe. Late checkout only cost us £10 each on our last day to keep the room til 6pm Food was good for an all inclusive! There was quite a mixture and my friend who is a fussy eater still found plenty to eat every day.. The staff were nice and always said hello. Although being two girls on holiday we seemed to receive messages on social media almost daily from various members of staff, feel this was a slight misuse of having our names on record... Evening entertainment varied but was always good Spa treatment was absolutely lovely, we had a Turkish massage with bronzing oil, although as two very fair skinned girls we burnt quite badly afterwards despite halving the amount of time we were told to spend in the sun... and the lady avoided us for the rest of the week after this! I think maybe they aren’t quite so used to our pale skin! My only complaint, and the reason for not giving 5 stars. Is because it did ruin our stay a little. Was that for 5 of our 7 days a huge group of children attending a basketball tournament were staying at the hotel and they completely took over! The pool, meal times, the pathways when they came sprinting round the corner. The staff/ teachers did seem to do their best to control them however it really did affect our day to day time at the hotel which was a real shame. We still made the best of it but I know there were a lot of angry people who maybe weren’t quite so positive!!! Not sure it was what people looking for a relaxing holiday are expecting to find.

arrived at the hotel just after 11pm, was told all inc had finished and we couldn't even get a drink ! directed to our room which was dated, shabby and not at all pleasant, area when my children could sleep had no air con and was boiling, went to reception and they agreed to move us to a new room which did have air con, room still shabby and toilet seat broken, fridge rusty, went to bed not happy but was going to resolve the next morning as we were all shattered from the journey. woken at 1.30pm to absolute terror as earthquake hit the hotel , the next 6 hours were probable the most scary we have ever encountered, I realise the earthquake was no body's fault but the way the hotel managed it or their complete incompetence was not ! no one checked oin us there was no emergency plan in place and at no point was a roll call or anything taken and a complete lack of regard for the guests (especially English who were in the minority) the next morning after sitting on a hill all night with 2 children and no sleep I asked at reception if the hotel was safe and what should we do they basically shrugged their shoulders and said contact our agency, disgusting!! long story short we did get moved to another hotel but wasted another day of our weeks holiday and the jet 2 rep was very good but the hotel were shocking and it definitely wasn't a 4 star or even 3 as advertised . extremely disappointed !

All inclusive doesn't work at this holiday resort, full of Turkish people who are rude and ignorant who when eating are so wasteful! People on holiday from main city's are there to enjoy the nightlife.... One toasty making machine just isn't enough for all the guests that queue for twenty minutes most mornings.... other nice places to go in turkey we won't be going back here
