We had reservations before we travelled as to what this hotel would be like however our doubts were unfounded. From check-in to check-out we could not fault the attention of the staff and the service they provided. They were friendly, helpful and when we had an issue with our room safe late at night, engineers attended within 30 minutes of reporting the problem. The rooms were spotlessly clean with plenty of facilities. The food in the main restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. The food and menu choice of the Al a Carte restaurants on the other hand need to be reviewed. There are plenty of facilities within this hotel which are laid out well. Overall we couldn't really fault this hotel and would recommend for a Spring break.

Stayed here, all inclusive, with my husband for a week from the 10 May. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Our suite was huge, with more storage than we needed, and our suite and the whole of the complex was kept spotlessly clean by staff. The two pools are very large, and one is more quiet than the other, with plenty of sun beds available at all times of the day. The planting within the grounds is so pretty. The food was excellent with plenty of vegetarian options. Some of the evening displays were worthy of a cruise ship. Premium drinks and cocktails that actually tasted like proper cocktails, and not the usual sugary syrup were lovely. Although not directly on the beach, the free shuttle bus only took 2 minutes, and the beach was beautiful, with free sun beds and parasols, and the food and drinks at the beach bar were amazing, restaurant quality. The evening entertainment was very much designed for families, lots of dancers, and not to our taste, but there were bars to sit and have a quiet drink at instead. What really made this hotel stand out was how hard working, eager to help, friendly and happy the staff were, every single one we came across. We loved our time there, and hope to return next year.

Spent 13 nights at the Sunwing hotel in Side. Turkey. I was brilliant. From the arrival, the hotel room, the variety of food. Also, for the large pool and slides. (Very safe for young children, with lifeguards) Great activities with the entertainment staff. Fitness classes are available for most days. All free. I cannot fault this hotel. It was amazing. Thanks to all the stall.

We spent 9 days at this hotel, it was our first time in turkey. We were a young couple staying at the end of July/August, the hotel was great but I would recommend that it is more of a family hotel. During the time at the hotel it was very busy and everyday there was always a shortage of beds, there would be towels sitting there for hours even all day and the beds weren’t used. The hotel itself was amazing, we were in the other part of the hotel away from the main area. The staff at the sports bar were absolutely amazing very friendly! The food at the hotel was lovely and lots of options. The only downfall with the hotel everything shut pretty early but it is more of a family hotel. We walked to side market one night was about a 20 minute walk and also walked to the McDonald’s at the round about.
