Firstly upon our arrival our room wasn't ready, all inclusive you are given a plastic card in return at bar ur given a plastic glass with chosen drink, u must then return your glass in exchange with a card! (Wristbands easier)as a party of 4 we felt as all.inclusive we was looked down on, no table service unless your paying! After 11pm all Inc stops......$8.50 for a gin.....discusting in my opinion. There's an older bar man and the rudest man I've ever met! Reception staff not over friendly. Witnessed a toddler near drowning.....life guard was on his phone! Both pools are really cold! Rooms are dated but cleaned daily( cleaners where polite) food was okish...hotel was predominatly french and Germans whom were very rude and arrogant, not many English holiday makers. Entertainment was appalling and 1 evening it kicked off with families due to rude families standing infront of stage! Not many sunbeds for the ground pools we found out you have to que of a morning to get a bed the floor surrounding the pool is very slippy ( many slips and falls) lifts are really slow with 1ift broken for 2 dys. I would not recommend this hotel and wished I'd have read reviews prior to booking. Rooms also have no insulation could hear nxt rooms talking!

This is a great find, the staff were very helpful, the restaurant was great and always a good amount of food to choose from. Rooms clean, although no change of sheets and I stayed 10 days. Great location.

We were a party of 10 staying here in July/Aug across 4 rooms. All were clean and comfortable and cleaned daily with a couple of bedding changes over the 2 weeks. One of our beds wasn't too comfortable but on the whole the beds were fine. Some of our rooms had a couple of noisy nights due to rowdy neighbours but it wasn't consistently noisy although some noise does carry from room to room. The restaurant was always clean with friendly staff and plenty of choices of excellent food every meal time. Bar service was slow but plenty of choice and the entertainment was more geared to younger families so we didn't watch apart from queuing at the bar! What we saw was good though. The pool was a good size but could do with more sun beds. The adult only roof top terrace was great for escaping from the noise and bustle of the pool area. The hotel is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to town and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here. The food was fantastic the staff were brilliant very accommodating. Will definitely be back again. Maybe not in November. When the weather is better. Can't fault the service or hotel.

Lovely friendly staff in the restaurant. Daughter has coeliac disease and they were very helpful and also provided some gluten free cereal,bread buns and cakes whenever we requested. Glasses for drinks were too small that they used in the day.....took ice out and about two inches of fluid. Some bar staff were miserable and didn't like to give free ice cream out to all inclusive kids.... Entertainment was ok....cleanliness was spot on..... Very impressed considering it was height of season... 🙂
