Kristalli Hotel Apartments

Fantastic hotel, staff amazing, cannot do enough for you, rooms perfect spacious and clean, towels changed every other day, pool was so clean and warm, best one I’ve been in, no racing for sun beds you could always get one at any time of day, the breakfast was amazing everything you could have as a breakfast, location was amazing loved the old town, away from the busy strip and beach which was about 20mins walk,on leaving mrs Katrina gave us a gift of marmalade that she made which is amazing. Would definitely be returning again as the family who runs this are the best friendly people I’ve ever met.

It is the 2nd time we have stayed at Kristalli Hotel. And again had a fantastic holiday. Liked how there was a bottle of water and wine in fridge on arrival. Lovely thought Studio bright and clean.Everything in there you needed for a self catering stay. Cleaned everyday of our stay. Pool area spotlessly clean as was the garden areas and the poolside bar. Made to feel welcome from the minute you arrived. nothing too much trouble.

We arrived on the 22nd October and Malia was a ghost town. There was a choice of three restaurants in the Old town but they were closing on the thursday and friday. The main strip was closed all but a few last minute shops. It isnt fair to promote this hotel in October as Malia closes down the end of September.

Fantastic hotel family run and all the staff can't do enough for you.Allready booked for next year.Rooms are great go for the pool view and the food at the bar is great and a good price.beach is about 15-20 walk but the pool area is good music on all day.

We were a group of six girls staying at this hotel, for a week, at the end of June. I honestly couldn't fault the place! After reading some of the negative reviews, we were worried about how they would treat us, being a group of young people; however, the service was amazing. There is a midnight cut off for loud noise and music on the balconies whilst pre drinking before hitting the strip, but that was expected. The aircon is pretty pricey and we found that it worked better in the newer block, but it's definitely needed. All of our rooms were spotless, as was the pool and bar area. There was never a shortage of sunbeds, so you don't need to worry about waking up early to reserve one. There is always security around the complex at night, so you definitely feel secure and there is no problem with coming back in the early hours of the morning after a night on the strip! Even though it's in the quieter part of town, just down the street there are bars and it's a 5 minute walk to the strip, but if you're not interested in partying, there are some beautiful, traditional Greek restaurants only a few minutes walk away and they a relatively inexpensive too. Altogether, this was a great place if you want to experience the Malia party life, or if you just want a relaxing, quiet holiday.

we have been to kristalli numerous times and it just keeps getting better great family nothing is a problem to them cant wait to go again situated in the old town of malia lovely old town to walk round and good restaurants, kristalli also cooks good fresh meals and a good choice
