There’s plenty going on
Alongside the souvenir shops, jewellery boutiques, Roman baths, bars and restaurants, this low-key resort has a few frequently visited favourites to check out. In summer, it’s worth hiring a bike to cycle around, while the Olive Press Museum is a top spot for a taste of local life – quite literally!
Marvellous Messonghi
If you’re keen to get out and about, then nearby Messonghi is a great choice. There, you can trail around the river and enjoy afternoon ambles. It’s better still in the evening – sit down to watch breathtaking sunsets spread orangey-pinks across the sky.
