Green Garden Eco Resort

We have booked our holiday with Jet2Holiday.com and it was our first time, so we didn't really know what to expect. The Green Garden Resort is superb! We had all inclusive for three of us. The food was always hot and they have different cuisines each night of the week.The kids facilities and entertainment were brilliant. All the staff very friendly, professional and very fast to serve you. We will definitely going back there in the future.

A perfect stay if you have young kids. In a safe location away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort but easily accessible. The enclosed garden was perfect for our 2 year old, no stress about unsafe balconies. Spacious rooms with a mini kitchen. Food excellent and catered for everyone. Artificial grass around the pool meant no slips from wet feet. We will definitely stay again

Amazing hotel, the staff are very friendly, delicious and fresh food, a wonderful place. The apartments were cleaned every day perfectly. We will definitely come back again. Thank you so much Green Garden Resort & Suites.

Small, quiet hotel. Not much for teenage kids to do. The dining was acceptable but not great and have been to much better in other hotels. The hotel room was the nicest bit of the hotel. The pool is too deep for very small children to paddle in so if you have tiny non-swimmers the pool is definitely not for you.While the food was acceptable the surroundings weren't. The dining room was cramped and smelled. Part of the flooring was a fake grass cover and we think it was this flooring that was damp and causing a very unpleasant smell.The entertainment was dire.

Lovely hotel, a bit out of town (which suited me) There was a shuttle bus and taxis were cheap and quick. Food great, drinks fine and the 'junior luxe suite' was wonderful! Staff were all friendly and helpful.Lots of young families, golfing groups, couples - it seemed to work for everyone. If you don't like children and want to be within walking distance of the beach/hubbub it won't be for you but if you want a gentle paradise away from it all you can't do much better.

This place is completely awful. Our daughters bed was a tiny mini camp bed, about 1" off the floor situated in the middle of the lounge. This meant that once she was asleep, we couldn't use the patio, lounge or kitchen areas without waking her up, so we were confined to our bedroom. The patio doors leading from the golf course to our room didn't lock properly, so there was no way on earth our daughter was sleeping alone in the lounge with an unlocked door that led onto a public area. We were forced to move furniture about in our room to accommodate her bed, but this meant she was sleeping just inches away from exposed electrical wiring. The mini water tank in our room barely provided enough water for 2 showers, let alone 3. It then took a good hour and a half to heat enough water for a 3rd shower. The in room safety deposit boxes don't work, instead there is a 'secure communal' area offered across the other side of the hotel by reception. When we complained to reception about the conditions in our room we were told that we paid for a one bedroom apartment so that is what we had been given. In fact we had booked a holiday for 2 adults and 1 9 y.o child ( so never requested a 1 bedroom apartment ). There was no offer to change rooms. On the first evening while our daughter was cleaning her teeth, this long black worm like thing slithered out from beneath a drainage cover on the bathroom floor, leaving our daughter traumatised and refusing to use the bathroom unaccompanied. ( In fairness to Jet2 it took their resort rep less than 10 seconds to declare our room as 'totally unacceptable'. The swimming pool is really deep with a minimum depth of 1.45 meters, so it really isn't suitable for non-swimmers at all. The restaurant / Bar / Evening entertainment is all in one room, which meant their were people walking backwards and forwards to the buffet carrying hot food ( barely ) and drink across the areas where kids were dancing and running about. This also meant that there is nowhere to sit in the evenings to escape the smells of dinner or the noise of the entertainment. There was something dripping from the ceiling into the salad area. It may have been condensation from the air con, but I still didn't want it in my salad!!!! The only thing enjoying themselves at this hotel were the colonies of flies that were thieving on the table mats in the restaurant. I paid a small fortune to get out of this place after 2 days in hell.

This was our first ‘package’ holiday and first all inclusive so was not expecting anything special. But we was pleasantly surprised by the all inclusive availability during the day and the meals were brilliant. Having a picky 16 year old we were concerned he would live on fried food all week. But the selection was large and the quality was worthy of a much higher standard of holiday. Our only gripe was that the suite we had only had AC in the main bedroom, so our sons room which was a sofa bed in the lounge had no AC so he had to sleep with patio doors open which resulted in some bites from insects. The resort is spotlessly clean with a good pool are although people had a tendency to get up super early and reserve sun beds which is rather annoying. Good location for Siam Park & Mall which are 10 minutes walk away. The beach is about 30 minutes walk but no issues.
