Best Tenerife

We arrive to a lovely upgrade but that didn't last There was no flooring to the hallway The maids was so loud in the mornings waking us up at 7am having the most loudest conversation after complaining to reception twice after 6 days I was moved. The smell of poo round pool and night time entertainment was so strong!! Entertainment was extremely poor one night everything had finished by 10.30! And bar staff had started to pack way! Breckfast was poor white sausage! Evening meals was really good always something to eat. Location of the hotel is amazing right behind golden mile. The fact you can survive your self is such a good idea even though non all inclusive guests was helping then self's.

Great Hotel..Rooms large..Corridors could do with a revamp but the rest of the hotel is very clean Rooms cleaned everyday fresh towels everyday.. Food good..Overall a great holiday

Family of five including a two year old. We had a lovely holiday the rooms were clean and comfortable. TV choices were limited and wifi variable throughout the hotel. Food the usual choices breakfast and lunch were fine. Dinner was a little repetitive but we always found something especially with theme nights every evening. We love the area out of high season everywhere family friendly.

Fantastic hotel lovely staff food amazing and plenty of choice all though the day . Everything is always clean great for families Plenty to do and see around the resort . pools lovely and clean. Would Recommend

We were totally impressed with this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy throughout including our room. We were All Inclusive and had a Senator room, so we had access to the roof terrace where there were 2 Jacuzzis and a help yourself bar. The food was always hot (despite what some reviews say) I think they must be talking about a different hotel! There was so much choice, far too much to name, but aside from the usual pizza, pasta, burgers, hot dogs and fries etc, there were cheese toasties, cheese and ham toasties, paella, salad, a selection of cheeses, crackers and a huge range of different breads. They also have a Wok station - you pick your veggies, meat, and they stir-fry it for you with noodles and your choice of sauce. They regularly hold themed nights, such as Seafood, Mexican, Asian, but you can still get pizza etc. Breakfast and lunch, again there was so much to choose from. If you're AIl Inclusive, you help yourself to drinks including wine, beer, soft drinks and Cava. Tea and coffee machines were excellent with a range of coffees and also hot chocolate. Fresh orange (mix with Cava in the morning for a cheeky Bucks Fizz! We had a pool and sea view room which was lovely. The shower was piping hot and powerful. There was a mini-bar/fridge in our room and a kettle with sachets of tea and coffee, but we took our own and bought a bottle of milk from the supermarket literally outside the hotel. The only thing I will say about the room is, it was quite dark. Instead of a thin net curtain (as well as the main curtain) they have thick cream coloured net type curtains, and you need it pulled for privacy but then the room is quite dark as there are not enough lights. The beds and pillows were really comfy. Top Tip! If you use a hairdryer AND straighteners to do your hair - take a two-plug extension socket with you. I didn't even attempt the hairdryer in the bathroom as I always take my own. But you need an extension socket so you can plug both in at the same time, because I find in most hotels including this one there are rarely two plug sockets next to each other. The Best Tenerife is also in a fantastic location and we loved it so much we have booked again for next summer.

This hotel should not be rated a 4* hotel, we were supposed to be in a superior deluxe room and there was nothing superior about it. The rooms are very shabby, with furniture all marked and chipped wood off it, as well as the floor been marked and chipped. There was one small wardrobe and no drawers for clothes etc but there was 2 double beds. The bathrooms are old and dated. My husband was given a few more rooms to look at and they were all the same. They ended up putting my daughter, her fiancé and 9 month old baby into a suite, which apart from having 2 rooms was again very basic. We were left paper cups in our room for our tea and coffee, and the food (even though there was themed nights) the same food was served every night, and the breakfasts the same. We usually stay in the H10 Conquistador but thought we’d have a change as this hotel always looked nice from the outside when we walk past it … looks can definitely be deceiving.

Room was very tired needs to be updated to the standard of a 4 star rating that is shown on the website The staff were very friendly and pleasant and the food was nice and the entertainment was good day and night
