Santa Rosa Apartments

My first longish vacation abroad of 2 weeks and was made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. Nice pool areas and bar although only used a couple of times. Room was well maintained and situated in a block next to restaurant. Kitchen with all required components (no oven) plus coffee maker with 6 pods. Bedroom very comfortable and a nice private balcony. Only had breakfast once at restaurant and it was well priced and bountiful.

What can I say about our holiday The apartments were perfect the little patio with your own sun beds outside were fantastic the meals was tasty and plenty of choice I fell in love with the sangria they served Not too far to the main centre for the bars, shops and restaurants Would u go back Definitely and for longer

Hotel was better than expected. Pros: good collection of shops, couple of pubs and restaurants nearby. Apartment had everything to cater for self catering. The grounds and swimming pool were maintained well. Cons room was not ready and were told to get a drink at the bar and to come back 15 minutes. Complementary drink would have been a nice gesture. Mini golf was no good could be made better. Lot of tennis players using the tennis courts that were not on holiday. No extractor fan in the bathroom. A broom would be more beneficial instead of a dustpan and brush. Hotel is 20 minutes walking from main resort but feels a lot longer. If you like a holiday to be in the centre of a resort this would not be ideal but does have the amenities if you don't mind walking to a resort centre

Great apartments for children and their parents plenty for the children to do.Entertainment staff very good,but football pitch needs levelling. Breakfast very good pity some people thinks it’s a take away service for their lunch.One or local bars and restaurants very . The Dickens Bar nice place for a beer.

We have been going to Santa Rosa for over 10 years. It is always like going home! Having come home from a week there in January we are already looking forward to 2 more weeks there in April and then in March 2025.

We regularly holiday in Lanzarote (this was our 10th visit in about 6 years), and our first stay in Costa Teguise. We were attracted by the description of the hotel, and in particular my wife wanted a hotel with a pool. Having stayed in Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. we thought we would give Costa Teguise a try, Upon arrival at the hotel we were dealt with politely and efficiently, and on entering our room were pleased with the general layout and appearance of the room A walk around the site gave a good impression. Howevere, a few day's stay inthe hotel revealed a number of less satisfactory elements: The standard of room cleaning was poor, and after about a week the bedsheets had not been changed (when raised with reception, they are surprised, as thye stated the change should be every few days). Whilst there was a good sized pool and some sun loungers, it was all but impossible to get one as there was insufficient for the number of people staying. Similarly, use of the pool was all but impossible due to the numbers of children with their associated inflatables etc. the site in general also tended to end up littered with abandoned inflatables on changeover day. (I accept that this is a hotel which takes children, but any potential guests should be aware of this). The hotel also hosts a children's club who use the facilities, ad can be quite noisy - on our last day they appeared to be playing frisbee in the reception lounge with no effort y the reception staff or their club organisers to apply any sort of control). WiFi connection in the room was poor. From a location point of view, the hotel was fairly handy for the town, although in our opinion the town is not up to the standards of Playa Blanca or Puerto del Carmen, and does not appear to have recovered from the effects of covid on businesses as well as other towns. On a positive note, there are several good restaurants very close to the hotel, and many food outlets not far away. The site can be a little noisy at night with both parents and children returning form night out up to around midnight. Overall impression is that if you want a fairly cheap hotel, don't expect high standards of cleaning, and either want to spend the day by the pool with your children, or are happy to spend the days away from the hotel doing other stuff, and are a night owl or don't mind a bit of noise at night, it's "OK" but no more than.

First time in Lanzarote and absolutely loved this place. Friendly helpful staff. Huge 1 bed apartment clean and well equipped, unfortunately no air con but you can hire a fan. Great family orientated complex. Loads for the kids to do. Shame about the saltwater pool. We chose half board and food was great. Plenty of choice for everyone including my son who is a fussy eater. Lots of bar and restaurants near complex. Only a 10 minute walk into Costa Teguise centre.

Well worth a visit, clean, spacious, just a 15 minute walk to the town, friendly staff. Swimming pool is salty but not a problem, good size, varies on depth. Rooms where cleaned 5 out of 7 days. Towels changed 5 times a week. Bars and restaurants near by.

We had a great holiday at the Santa Rosa. It's a fantastic place to stay with young children. Our children are all teenagers, but they still enjoyed it in the pool. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff were always very polite. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to families with children because there is lots to do.

Been here 4 times appartments have been updated to a very nice standard lovely pool area staff are excellent from reception to cleaners and pool and bar staff couldn't be more friendly would highly recommend

First time to Santa Rosa loved the place do not believe any negative remarks food was lovely plenty of choice very clean staff great apartment was brilliant very spacious good views cleaned every day no faults at all
