Oasis Lanz Beach Mate

Myself and my husband stayed here last November and again March of this year. We loved it that much, we’ve booked again! All areas are spotless, staff friendly, food at breakfast and dinner was very good. Always found something to eat. Rooms are clean and of a good size. Shower powerful. No extra charge for safe in room which is a bonus. Highly recommended.

went there for my partners 50th birthday , fantastic place , great location , close to some fantastic restaurants . Stayed bed and breakfast , food was great . We couldn't fault the place , would definitely go back again

First time in Lanzarote. Brilliant stay. Booked this hotel based on reviews. I would say it wasn't a 4 star in our opinion more a 3*plus. Heated pools are amazing especially as it was windy in January when we were there. Lovely breakfast and rooms are spacious. We had one bedroom apartment. I needed a handheld shower to wash the two kids but unfortunately our room we got a big shower head, this made my week a little difficult. I would have liked access to my own brush and shovel. Having a 2 and 7 year old who were always eating it was hard to keep on top of the cleaning. What makes this Hotel is the staff. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely welcome on arrival.

Had a fabulous fortnight at Oasis Beach Mate Hotel, Costa Teguise, Lanzaroti, can’t wait to go back , already booked for next year. The staff were very professional from the reception, restaurant, poolside security and of course the room servicing staff. Our room was kept spotless every day and was in a quiet location. The hotel is situated close to the coast, lovely walks along the coastline on a nice wide promenade. Plenty of good quality restaurants couldn’t recommend one they were all good.

DISSAPOINTING 2ND VISIT TO OASIS LANZ THERE WILL BE NO 3RD VISIT Maybe we thought as we were returning guests that we might get a decent apartment NO ended up in the darkest poorest positioned on the ground floor behind a massive tree next to the gym and main entrance. We were offered an alternative right next to the building work NO THANKS regardless of what everyone appears to say its NOISY and has been going on for over 3 years and not going to end anytime soon. One of the builders must have just dropped a scaffolding pole or acro bar as the sound went off like a cannon with everyone round the pool jumping up. The breakfast spread looks great however If you want a cooked breakfast or an omelette be prepared for it to be COLD and the bacon is horrific poorest pork belly cut. Fat as you can think only saving grace was the microwave used it to get my breakfast hot every time. Here they are trying to make omelettes on a crape plate IT DOSE NOT WORK very very poor omelettes. Take your own pillows as the ones provided could be used as weapons rock hard bolsters. Apartments are good if you get one that manages to get any sun. Get up very very early if you want a sunbed in the main area 95% have towels on them by 9am. At 2pm 95% of sunbeds empty with the towels still on them management NOWHERE. Reminds me of BENNIDORM in the 70s. WIFI Literally almost zero round the pool areas. Staff excellent. This hotel is NOT a 4 star plus. Location is the only really good thing however.

Great hotel and location. All staff friendly and professional. Restaurant, room and pool all very clean and tidy. Small amount of building noise but was fine for us.

We have stayed here on a couple of occasions and are booked to go back in June,we stay in a junior sweet because of the spacious rooms it's a hotel we love the staff are so friendly breakfast is lovely and it's situated next to everything we need we only go bed and breakfast as we like to eat out on a evening

Very nice hotel but with all the construction work going on you can't not get away from it that's why I gave it 3 star and won't be going back I'm a single man and like a morning brew on balcony or a glass of wine at night sat reading a book but morning work men start really early so that's a no having a brew sat out cause there literally working on the other side of the path last few days of my holiday the drains the smell coming out the bathroom was disgusting as well

This hotel is close to the prom for a seaside stroll to the resort centre while also being close to restaurants and bars for all tastes. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotless. The gardens are really lovely and it has a relaxed and peaceful vibe. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a pool view and was kept stocked with fresh towels and cleaned perfectly each day. The pool bar had a lovely selection of food and was reasonably priced. Service was always with a smile! We loved this little hotel and will certainly be booking again.

The hotel was in the perfect location in Costa Teguise. The beach was a two minute walk away and the bars and restaurants even closer. The hotel was clean with modern interior and a relaxing atmosphere. Our rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced. There were two pools-our apartment was near the quiet pool, the other pool had music, bar and snacks. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We stayed half board and there was plenty of choice. There was someone cooking some of the food to order, eg. fried eggs, omelettes, chicken, pork and fish. There plenty of sun beds and seating around the pools and you could play pool, table tennis and tennis. I look forward to visiting again soon :)

My Husband and I stayed in a junior suite. It was very spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Very large bathroom area with walk in shower. The room also had air conditioning. Breakfast was a buffet. The chef would make eggs, pancakes or omelettes if you wanted. Pool areas were nice. Great pool bar. Rooms were cleaned every day. Gardens were well looked after. I was pleasantly surprised to see bananas growing too. Location was perfect - very central.

This hotel was amazing , has been refurbished , everything was new and to a high standard . We did bed and breakfast , great choice of food tasty and hot . We had a junior suite which came with a fridge and outside seated area . Loved it, well maintained gardens, friendly staff and spotlessly clean , 2 main pools and children’s pool . Lovely pool bar ,food was amazing and reasonably priced . Not really geared up for children perfect for older couples or those wanting a relaxing quiet holiday .
