LABRANDA Corralejo Village

Had a fantastic holiday in this hotel. Good food, cleaned daily and the best staff, especially Sabrina who took the time to be kind, patient and courteous to our adult daughter with special needs. Shops and bars are two mins walk and beach 5 mins away. Will definitely be going back again.

Only problem here was lack of entertainment for the English. It was non existent. This is no reflection on the Italian team who are only there for their guests. Provision should be made for those not fluent in Italian

Good hotel, great location, clean, very friendly & helpful staff, albeit not many of them around. Food quite edible but fairly boring and very little variety compared to the photos seen on the website, which I imagine are from the new year gala dinner. Would stay again if was B&B

Very very nice hotel with great staff, food, drink and facilities as well as good location for bars etc. Hotel seems to be 80% Italian, 20% everyone else with about 10% from UK. Main entertainment provided by 6 of the Italian travel agents entertainment team, give them 4/10 as couldn't understand and there entertainment was bit poor anyway. The hotel did provide 1 Scottish guy who put his heart and sole in to entertaining the other 20% give 5/10 for trying. Could do with employing a DJ. Don't know who you can book with now as doesn't seem to be available through jet2.

It was our 14th visit and what a wonderful surprise we had when we arrived and saw the total refurbished hotel. The rooms are equivalent to a 5star rating and fully equipped. The meals were top quality and usually we ate out a few times before but not any more as the choice was excellent. The staff were efficient as always and very friendly. It was nice to see the previous staff still there Debbie, Jayne, Sally, Miguel and OF course Gary. We will definitely be re-booking if we can get in as we have always enjoyed our time there.

we were lucky not to have got bumped off the Hotel guest list as an Italian company have block booked 70% of the rooms to the detriment of other "Lowly paying" guests, anyway as I stated we did stay in the Hotel and everything was absolutely fantastic! We did feel as though it was very much a "us and them" scenario where their animation team of many people felt like they were going out of their way to exclude non Italians. The British Animation team consists of Gary and his missus who do a sterling job but it does seem very strange that there were 2 lots of entertainment being conducted at the same time, maybe in a very large Hotel this would be the norm but the Labranda Corralejo Hotel is only a relatively small Hotel. We couldn't fault anything about the actual Hotel, rooms brilliant, Location great, Restaurant spot on, plenty of sunbeds, hope to return again sometime in the near future but it's a worry as to wether we would get bumped out of the Hotel???
