Fuentepark Apartments

Brilliant location,staff very helpful and friendly, apartments need a little updating but are very clean and everything you need for a self catering holiday and more

This was our second visit to these apartments and hopefully won't be our last. The apartments are spacious and clean. There is lots of storage throughout the apartment namely bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The fridge freezer in the apartment is very good. Although they are self catering apartments we chose to mainly eat out and didn't use the hob, oven or microwave. The furniture in the apartments had a dated appearance but is functional. It appeared that our apartment was recently refurbished as all electrical appliances e.g kettle, fridge freezer etc appeared to be new. There is a safe in the room needing a key. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with hire car that they assisted us in getting. The whole apartment complex was kept clean and tidy. We didn't use the pool but a few people did and there were plenty of empty sunbeds to choose from throughout the day. There is no entertainment in this complex, but we didn't need it. The apartments are ideally located with plenty shops, supermarkets restaurants, cafes and the harbour within easy walking distance. We were welcomed as a returning customer with a bottle of wine in our apartment. A very nice gesture. I believe the complex to be competitively priced and took account of the dated furniture, which was in very good condition. We would recommend this complex. It is quiet with everything you need practically on the doorstep.

Our first time to these apartments but regular returners to Corralejo. We reviewed these apartments and watched them on You tube as we had always stayed elsewhere for over 8 trips previously. The last being in October of 2021. The best thing about these apartments is they are so central to all the bars and restaurants. The harbour is a short 10 to 15 minute walk away the closest beach is about 8 minutes away. They vary inside the apartments as we were very disappointed in having a bath with shower over it. Having read wonderful reviews about the rainfall showers. We stayed for 4 weeks so expected a good position in the complex. We had one of the worst with a tiny smattering of sunlight in the corner in the morning and again in the afternoon. Watching others enjoying the afternoon and evening sun was upsetting as it was absent on our balcony. Be aware these apartments are dog friendly and we had 2 dogs residing on the complex in the attached apartment to us. They were Afghan hounds with a loud bark! They were left roaming the below tier of the complex throughout the day so were very vocal! We did comment on the noise and the lack of sun and were offered to move on our 2nd week but with 3 full cases of luggage neatly unpacked we just could not face repacking and then and unpacking it again even though we were offered help. We were not really sure that the apartment would be any better until we viewed it once empty on the date offered. The dogs became quieter by being moved early morning away from our apartment so we just made the best of it. We were told those that book for more than 2 weeks do not get the best apartment as it is felt it should be fairly shared by others regarding the best position. We would argue that being the first time there and paying for 4 weeks which is double that which others were paying should have given us a step up the ladder regarding best apartments for this trip. The staff are very friendly and do try to sort out issues as they want it to be a good experience. Genuinely so. The beds around the pools need renewing although a start has been made. The pool bar was good and friendly service. The grounds are a bit unkempt and need more attention with paths to be swept and leaves cleared. The beds were very hard and not comfortable when arthritis is a problem ! The pillows were dreadful lumpy and spoiled a good night’s sleep.

Our 2nd Stay at these apartments and hoping to return again in the future. Great apartments (although they do need modernising) most of which over look a lovely pool area.Never any rush for a sunbed even in August. The whole place is spotless All the staff make you feel welcome and can't do enough to help. We requested to have the same apartment we stayed in the on our first visit and to our delight this was arranged. Great Location every thing on the door step yet no noise. This seems to be a place were people return to as we did.

Fab location close to shops restaurants and beaches nice pool area and decent sized rooms however as mentioned by others the rooms do need a revamp, windows rotting, smashed door and dirty shower seals in ours which is a shame because there is potential in this property if the owners would slash the cash on maintenance

Fuentepark apartments are in a great location close to main strip and beaches but yet they are quiet and like a little oasis. Yes the apartments are a bit tired and basic but the beds are comfy the showers are good and the balcony is a great size. There is a fabulous sun trap next to the pool which is sheltered from the wind. The staff are terrific Pia, Karmela and Joanna were friendly and knowledgeable and in our group we had a bit of a dental emergency they were quick and efficient at helping us and giving advice. We will definitely be back for another holiday. Thank you

We arrived for a week self catering. The apartments are clean & well equipped. We were told the pool area was being refinished this year however we still found it clean if dated. Need more variety in the bar as not much choice in drinks. The negative was that our apartment didn't get any sun at all during the day. The plus side is that it's a very short walk to the sea front, shops & bars but the apartments were quiet.

This friendly comfortable apartments. The staff are proactive with every one on first name basis.If something needs attention someone is always available.It is near the centre of town with all manner of restaurants nearby

This hotel is ideally based in centre, however although rooms nice and clean the hotel itself is in bad state of repair. Stayed in Coralejo many times and although these apartments are not overly priced, they definitely need an upgrade.
