Dunas Club Apartments

Terrible experience .....cockroaches ,mites crawling all over kitchen surfaces , getting clean towels was a nightmare never again !!!!!!!

Stayed here with my sister in March 2024. Accommodation basic, staff not friendly. Our room was just above where the sun beds were situated and we could hear everyone’s conversation. Towels put on sun beds as soon as pool area opened and didn’t come until late morning.

I stayed here in May the room wasn’t cleaned until I asked to get it done on the Friday, it wasn’t done again and I told the not to bother as I was leaving the next day but they went in and did it., did not spend much time in the hotel I had breakfast some morning but that was all. I felt it a bit far to walk back in the dark past the harbour so I fed up getting taxis, rooms were clean just a shame they weren’t done regularly

Stayed in 06/19 for seven nights. Hotel staff are very helpful and the cleaner are Amazing. Hotel is situated near the harbour a few minutes away. Very close to the old town ideal place to eat and drink. Lovely restaurant underneath hotel plus hotel gives 10%discount. Supermarket just around the corner. Downside no music by pool and no activities for children. Would defo stay again well worth a look.

First time at this hotel and we were slightly apprehensive given some comments seen on facebook, however, there was no need to worry. The hotel is in a fab location near harbour and the old town. The place is newly renovated and very clean and tidy, We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely use Dunas Club again.

A great base for a holiday a nice clean a apartment complex ,The staff where friendly and helpful the prices at the pool bar was not bad for feed a drinks if half board the feed and staff where great a lovely holiday

Hotel has a North Windy Side and the balconys at the North side when we were there in Feb did not get the sun at any point during the day, it was cold and we had to ask to be moved to a south facing balcony but other than that it is a good clean friendly hotel about 250yards from the center.

Very nice clean hotel friendly staff. Self catering but the food in the restaurant very good. Lovely location. Enjoy our holiday but the weather was unpredictable very windy at times. I love fuertventure and I would go to this hotel again. Not for families with young children.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and efficient,except for cleaners who had no English. They did,however,clean very well. Downside was totally inadequate internet availability,with free and very slow access only between 8am and noon in reception area only. Food was excellent.

Basic but clean accommodation, rooms in need of an update. Staff friendly and helpful. La Luna restaurant very popular, food good quality. Location ideal for the old town where there are numerous restaurants and cocktail bars to choose from.

This is our second time here this year, and it was just superb great staff really nice place great location the food in la Luna is just superb and again great staff, will certainly travel with jet2 and jet2 holidays again from start to finish they were great what a fantastic holiday.

hotel was on edge of town near the port nice and quiet lovely suntrap pool with plenty of sunbeds to go around bar and restaurant were cheap and really good food and service. town and all the nightlife just 10 minutes walk away or max 5 euro anywhere we will be going again this coming October 2017

This Aparthotel is not what it says in the book or on the website. There is no air conditioning in this hotel. Some days it was over 40 degrees and you are given 1 electric fan per booking. We asked on 3 occasions for another fan and were told we had 1 and there were no spares. The rooms were never cleaned properly and I had to go out and buy claening supies myself and do my own cleaning every day, after the cleaners left. I complained about this every day also but was ignored

Really good stay and hotel restaurant. Lovely staff. The shop on site is a bit expensive wifi is only available in pool bar area from 8-12 every morning but all day in restaurant. However u can get wifi all day by pool if u pay for it. There is no air conditioning which we could of done with it. 10 mins Walk from main strip you are on the harbour front.
