A very friendly hotel , staff so helpful made to feel part of the family, will definitely go back one day.Everything you require for a very relaxing holiday not to far from all amenities in Argostoli and Lassi.

It was August school holidays so we expected an awfully busy resort and prepared ourselves for the worst. However, it was pleasantly busy and very well run. Rooms cleaned daily, great food, lovely pool and a real fun splash park! We will definitely go again.

The hotel itself was very nice. The food was good and the location was wonderful. However the holiday was spoiled on the last day. After counting our money and secreting it away in various purses an wallets we went down to breakfast. When we returned in the afternoon and getting ready for dinner we went to get some money only to find £60…00 missing.we report this to the hotel manager but they were unhelpful and didn't offer any assistance. We will not be going there again

Travelled at the start of July as a family including my wife, daughter, son in law and grandson. Rooms allocated were very nice although there was some issues with aircon whilst we were there. The hotel is small and friendly anmd wa always very clean. there was always plenty of choice at meal timesand a pretty good selection of drinks on the all inclusive package. Pool and grounds were excellent and never really any problems in getting sun beds. Staff were friendly and dealt with any problems quickly and efficiently. We had a great holiday and would certainly return. Recommended for couples and families with younger children.

Location is excellent a beautiful presented accommodation clean and tidy throughout all the staff were excellent friendly and helpful beautiful pool with ample sun beds close access to the beach short walk to centre with assortment of gift shops and restaurants hotel food was great dining room spacious and well organised bar service was great and entertainment provided nightly

Pleasant hotel that sat right on the tiny beach cove also the hotel grounds were very good. The room we had faced the front of the hotel so not much of a view and the balcony was tiny and over looked. The staff were very nice and obviously hard working.

Probably one of the most friendly hotels we have stayed in. The staff were brilliant all round from the bar staff to the dining room staff & both the activity & entertainment staff especially Marian who worked very hard to make sure people really enjoyed themselves. A special mention for Natalia who worked on the reception who made us feel very welcome on arrival & throughout our stay & could not have been more helpful. She is a really lovely person & a credit to the hotel. The hotel is ideally situated right on the beach. The all inclusive is really good value, service is good & friendly. All in all a good relaxing holiday. We went into Cittadella by bus( 15 mins & two euros only) for the St Joan festival which was an amazing experience.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this lovely Hotel, spotlessly clean, fresh towels and cleaning if required, pool towels available, buffet food was good! After a couple of bad reviews, I was worried about this but I was relieved to discover that all was fine! Room on the small side but plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, nice balcony looking out to the front and pool area, ask for room with balcony when booking as I believe other rooms are very small. Bar, Dining, Reception, Cleaning, Pool attendant staff all hardworking and friendly. Entertainment good, always activities going on, Archery, rifle shooting, pool, darts, yoga, pilates, etc , Mariam and Santi encouraged guests to join in without being pushy but their enthusiasum was catchy, well done to them and they were both amazing with children. Went to town by taxi, at a reasonable cost, good day. We were going to go on boat trip but a misunderstanding about the picking up point occured, so money back, we will try again when we return which I feel sure we will, enjoyable week, only suggestion I would wish to make is more non smoking areas sitting outside as poolside seemed to be the only place, Jean And Allen

The hotel overlooks a small sandy cove, from the hotel room the view is fabulous, maid service every day, the food was great with an excellent choice, the bar staff were great, and the animation team (Miriam and Santi) were outstanding - great fun, all in all a great stay.

This is the second time in a year at this hotel, food fabulous very clean and friendly staff but would not go again as really aiming at families now even all the entertainment is aimed at kids it’s Noisy and not peaceful and relaxing, bed mattress like sleeping on rock and I went with my mother who has walking problems And uses a stroller and not once did the restaurant manager offer to Assist is with the stairs

Just spent 10 days at this hotel. I was suitably impressed. It's clean and very comfortable the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The food is good but as with all inclusive holidays gets a bit samey my only criticism is that it could be hotter. Overall a great value holiday. 😊😊😊

Loved this hotel! Went with hubby & 3 year old granddaughter, it was so clean and all the staff were so lovely! I will b back again loved it!! Only short walk up the road to a road of bars and I found the food fine in always found something to eat
