Romantic Hotel

Second visit to the Romantic and it continues to live up to expectations. A great welcome from the receptionist, the food and rooms were very good

Food is very poor on hb shower very slippy and too small. The room we had was at the back over the kitchen and a emergency exit door which staff used as a shortcut and it banged frequently plus the humming noise from machines in the kitchen.

Great little hotel right opposite the beach. Good location. Brilliant staff, all so helpful. But reviewed the same hotel in 2017 and should have re-read before I booked. Terrible mosquito problem if you stay on the right hand side (it overlooks a stagnant swimming pool, so not the hotel's fault but still made for uncomfortable nights and lots of bites) We felt the food was disappointing and still mostly luke warm. As per my review of 2017, book b&b and eat out.

On hindsight we wished we had taken bed and breakfast as the buffet meal at evening was a bit bland with limited choice and repetitive. The staff in the buffet, in the bar and at reception were excellent.

Lovely little hotel staff friendly. Very clean. Breakfast excellent.i would recommend this hotel ,location perfect. for shops restaurants and of course the beach.the resort very clean and gorgeous scenery.

Very pleased with the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent,a wide variety of choice at each morning and evening. The rooms were not overly spacious, but adequate for a weeks holiday. The only slight problem we found was that the mattresses were very firm! Beachfront location was wonderful, a short level walk to the main promenade of Puerto Pollensa. There was a grocery outlet and a pharmacy within a couple of hundred yards. Would go again and you can't get a better recommendation than that.

First stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and very happy to say that it did not disappoint. The staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and have ample storage space. Lots of returning guests which speaks volumes. Hotel in a prime location just across from the beach and short walk along the promenade to all the restaurants and bars.

Small,low cost hotel in a great location.Tony the Manager very friendly as is all of the staff.Excellent breakfasts but buffet was limited but for the cost adequate.Excellent location for a low cost hotel with the beach across the road.Very good a la carte restaurant attached to the hotel with 30% reduction for guests.Will definitele visit again.

Stayed first week August 2017. Very pleased with Hotel, much better than we anticipated as it isn't rated with many stars. The location is absolutely perfect, just walk straight out across the road onto the most wonderful sandy beach. Room was cleaned every day and could not fault it in anyway.We stayed bed and breakfast. It is buffet style and there was always plenty to eat, came away stuffed every morning. Definitely would stay hear again. The staff were brilliant, always there to help. Booked it through Jet2.com, who we have been with before and they are first class, we certainly recommend them

This hotel is in the perfect location, food was great, plenty of choice, rooms were clean and had air conditioners. Only draw back is noisy neighbours banging wardrobe and safe doors. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful location. Perfectly clean. The only thing wrong really was that the bar service was quite slow. I was also a little disappointed that when paying for half board we had to buy our own drinks at dinner.

Hotel was clean,rooms very basic.overall good value for money. The downside was the staff were not at all attentive unless you were a regular guest in which case you got some attention by which I mean you would get served at the bar if the bar manager knew you. he was ignorant and had no client service skills at all. As was the restaurant manager she was just as bad unless you were a regular guest. The walls were very thin and couldn't get a peaceful nights sleep. Would i stay again probably not.
