Lovely hotel close to bars, restaurants, beach and the pine walk. Great for walking and cycling, beautiful beaches

Hotel was great. Staff couldn’t have done more to help. Food was great with a wide selection that was all good quality. Pool/sun bathing good with shaded areas and no problem with availability. Puerto Pollenca isn’t a party town but that suited us fine. If you’re looking for good restaurants, live music and beers/cocktails it’s great. If you want 4am clubbing, go elsewhere.

This is our second visit to this hotel in the last year as we just loved it so much the first time (Back in October 23). The Hotel is just lovely. It is clean throughout and the staff work hard to keep it so. It is very pleasantly decorated throughout also and very comfortable. There are always plenty of sun loungers available. The food is amazing and high quality, with so much choice; there is something for everyone's taste I would say. The staff are so friendly from reception, to the restaurant & bars, to the room cleaners. Our rooms and bathrooms have been spotless and the beds comfortable, including the sofa bed in the lounge so my daughter tells me. Lots of pillows available. Bathroom has large walk in shower. Plenty of storage for clothes etc, although could do with a few extra hangers. You will need to take your own beach/pool towels or rent from reception. The room has a large full size under counter fridge for free, with a small ice box in it. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely friendly small resort with plenty of shops and cafes etc nearby. Close ot the bus station. All the entertainment team were all lovely, and we enjoyed the activities during the day and some of the evening entertainment. NB: Unfortunately the Pool is not heated which is refreshing in May/June, but was far too cold in October for me. Despite that it is a lovely clean pool and pool area BUT is quite deep all around apart from the kids pools of course so just be aware of this. All in all we just love it here, and will definitely go back again when we can.

This Hotel deserves great reviews and our experience was no different. A lovely clean and impressively run Hotel (inc our Jet2 rep) along with all other polite and hardworking staff. We were made to feel very welcome. The resort offered a good choice of restaurants and boutique shops along the tree lined beach front, all within 5 minutes walk. Another 10 minutes gave us good beach space choices with coffee shops and beach bars. The food in the Hotel was well prepared varied and tasty. There were plenty of water sports, cycling, interesting trips and neighbourhood walks. We enjoyed our end of season break. A great experience.

8 of us had a fantastic stay. Shout out to Chaz, the Jet2 rep who couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms were immaculate and kept clean on a daily basis, although the air con in one of the rooms wasn't working as well as the other. The fold out sofa beds weren't really long enough for our adult or teen children. The food was amazing, so much choice for even the fussiest of children. We went half board so had a big breakfast which lasted us till dinnertime. The puddings were particularly good. We did leave the hotel periodically to explore the island but there was so much to do in the hotel that you didn't really have to leave. The night entertainment was great, big shout out to Raffa and his staff who worked so hard each and every day. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again in the future.

Stayed at this Hotel in June fabulous, great size rooms, great food, extremely clean,very friendly staff only 5 minutes walk to the sea front. I would recommend this hotel and I definitely would return.

This is a great hotel in a very convenient location close to the sea front and amenities, Recently refitted it is smart clean and tidy, a great base for cyclists, boasting an underground bike storage area, and proper gym. The staff are very friendly and professional. Good quality and variety of food offered. Recommended.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms and hotel very clean and tidy. Restaurant spotless but food only luke-warm this year. Repetitive choice of main evening meals. We stayed for eight nights and one example, meatballs was served three times! Better choice in previous two years. Evening entertainment left a lot to be desired!

Stayed over Easter this year when the weather in Mallorca wasn't great. Thankfully the hotel was. We had stayed here twelve years ago at the height of summer and thought it was good. We were delighted to see the improvements. Rooms were recently refurbed, Bathroom was fabulous, great shower easy to use and good power. All the staff were friendly and helpful, entertainment was good clean family fun and the Ballet Flamenco was some of the best and most authentic we have had the pleasure to watch. Even the Quiz nights were good fun. Food choice was great and it was always hot and plentiful with food being replaced promptly when dishes were emptied.We were cycling and so were about 85% of the other guests when we were there. Brilliantly set up for cycling with secure underground bike storage.
