Pollensa Park and Spa

Rooms were nice and bright, but a bit on the small side. My daughter, her husband and my grandson were crammed in to a so-called superior double room, which was probably only suitable for 2. We were only on a B&B option, thankfully, as the food wasn't great. Also, the water slides, for children, weren't functioning properly. A pretty average experience for a 4 star hotel. If there was a 'good' option, I'd have opted for that though.

Another lovely holiday at the Pollensa Park Hotel and Spa. As always everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The view from our room was stunning, especially the sunrise. Food was plentiful with lots of choice. There were lots of daily fun activities if you so wished to join in, (highly recommend the aqua gym), and the evening entertainment was varied and entertaining. We were there on the day the queen’s death was announced and all activities/entertainment were cancelled for the rest of the day as a sign of respect. This was greatly appreciated. This year, the hotel has introduced a new no smoking policy in the hotel and around the sun beds. This is a massive improvement and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Good food. Jet2 transfers from airport,complete chaos. Unnecessary delays. Staff didn't know what they were doing. Didn't know what passengers were on bus , where they were going.

Went for 4 nights with my granddaughter 14 been to this hotel many times for all the weather wasn’t on our side we still had a great holiday hotel location great all on the flat lovely walks along the prom can’t fault the hotel at all going back in October with husband

Absolutely amazing. Jet2 and the hotel were excellent from start to finish. Food was beautiful, catering for all requirements. Room spottless.staff so welcoming. Jet2 always on hand to help with any questions. EXCELLENT

I'm baffled by the reports which reflect badly on this hotel. It was great. We travelled with our 5 year old & it certainly met our needs. Negatives are that the bedroom is small for 3. Although good that the 3rd bed is a proper (comfy) bed, it means that the 3 single beds are all together with just enough room to get out at the outside edges. The kids club is hotel run & at times there was only one carer. As the kids club does not have a toilet, at some points I picked my daughter up & she was crossing her legs to go to the loo. The food was very good. Plenty of fresh fruit, salads & food cooked to order. Freshly made omelettes & eggs at breakfast, pizza & meat/ fish at lunch. The chicken nuggets were best avoided! People were up early to reserve sunloungers - some which then remained empty for most of the day. This was very frustrating. I'm not sure how the hotel could monitor this as it's the rude habits of holiday makers creating a problem. Most of the time at the bar there were just a couple of people waiting - occasionally 5 or 6 - but I rarely found the wait excessive. Entertainment was good for the type of holiday. Some better than others, but people have different tastes & you are not paying for a west end show! It was my first visit to the hotel & I hope not my last. If you fancy a break from the hotel, there are other bars/ restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The main marina in PP is about 15/20 minutes walk along the beach.

8 years we have been to the hotel all the changes that have been made are out standing you have to give 10/out 10 to all the staff they work so hard to make sure you enjoy your holiday at the hotel Cabot have taken the hotel back from. Fergus and they are having teething problems with the food it was not very good at all less choices less variety breakfast was good lunch was good but evening meal was very poor a lot of people saying the food was cold very little choices and if you spoke to the head chef he didn’t seem interested in what you had to say so hopefully Cabot pollensa will read all the reviews and get the food sorted out it is still a excellent hotel with great staff

excellent choice for families,children having a great time.Lots to occupy children,table tennis ,tennis courts,equipment to hire,club activities that are quite varied and staff very helpful.Spotlessly clean and smart furnishings.Wouldn't bother with the cocktails ,ready mixed and some unusual colours. would love to go again

We overall did have a lovely holiday but be careful when booking if you don’t like to listen to loud music when your trying to sleep and the sound of delivery vans every morning do not go on the first floor we was in room 107 and heard everything and with two young children trying to get them to sleep was very hard. The music went ok till 11.30/12 and sound of trucks and deliveries will wake you up about 7am! Also had money taken from a zipped up bag that was in the case 100 euros which was really disappointing. Also if you like to sleep in a clean bed the bedding was not changed the whole 7 nights we was there, which wasn’t nice. But apart from that everything else’s was excellent food, staff, kids club, where the resort was situated everything brilliant!!!
