Beautiful hotel / apartments in beautiful setting. Always spotless inside & outside. 1st class pool. Well looked after. A bonus is they provide you with pool towels! Excellent dining breakfast lunch & dinner. Excellent staff, always there to help whatever your needs.

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Although a little out of the centre of puerto Pollença it is in a quiet picturesque position. The pine walk is lovely and needed after consuming the delicious food served in the hotel. Staff were very efficient and friendly....nothing was too much trouble. Spa was very nice although steam room not particularly hot! Rooms are comfortable ... sea view obviously the ideal. Outdoor pool not huge but there is a sun terrace and small beach area.

Beautiful hotel in superb location. Excellent food and staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.The restaurant served a good range of food and the breakfast selection was extensive.Will definitely be back.

Lovely short break to visit friends, we were upgraded to a balcony sea view free of charge. Food was good and the service excellent. A 30 min walk from the center of Puerto pollensia but good to be slightly away from the lively town

Fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff, good food, excellent breakfast. Quiet location on the waters edge. Great sunsets most evenings whilst eating. Stayed in April so eating indoors, although warm enough to take aperitifs outdoors. A good hotel, well run.

This is the best hotel staff clenliness food everything could not fault anything we loved it had a balcony over the sea the sun shone the people were very friendly the staff great the porter helped a lot got I pad phone sorted

This was the best hotel we have been to in years. The staff very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble forthem them. The rooms and accommodation were excellent.We stayed on half board, which would recommend as breakfast was best spread of top quality food and evening meal was equivalent to any top quality restaurant with varied menues of fresh fish ,meat or vegetarian dishes.

Illa D'Or is a super small, recently refurbished hotel in a wonderful location. Its friendly, efficient staff provided great service and the food was excellent. The hotel is particularly suitable for couples.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff were very attentive and professional. Choice and quality of food was excellent. Our room did not have a balcony as we booked at very short notice, however it was spacious and comfortable.

We enjoyed a 10 day holiday at the Illa D'or Hotel. The location was perfect and the hotel and staff were excellent. The gourmet dining was a real experience. But we were unaware that the room we were allocated did not have a balcony and the only window was a skylight in the roof through which you could only see the sky. We were a little disappointed with this as we paid over £2,000 for the holiday, but it didn't let it spoil the holiday

My husband spent a week at the Hotel Illa d`Or at the end of April which we booked through Jet2holidays. The hotel was excellent and situated in a splendid position by the beach on the outskirts of town. Puerto Pollensa town was easily reached along the pleasant pine walk. Our hotel room was very well appointed, light and airy and with power points in all the right places - so rare anywhere. The food was very good and it was nice to have waiter service at dinner rather than a buffet. We have used Jet2 holidays once before and on both occasions they have been good. No frills but the experience at East Midlands Airport is always relaxing, the Jet2 planes are fine and the local transport works well.
