Hobby Club Apartments

Hobby Club is located approx 20 mins from the centre of Puerto Pollenca and is a lovely walk along the beachside. The complex has a great pool and pool area and the rooms are spacious and clean with good air conditioning The staff are all very helpful and with iright beside the beach and several beach bars it’s a perfect location for a chilled out holiday

Stayed at the Hobby Club Apartments in May, the staff were very polite and friendly. The apartments are right on the beach with lots of activities and places to eat. Dinners on the seafront were lovely and relaxing, there was also lots of parks within the beach which is great for the younger ones.

Have stayed at Hobby Club three times and it is comfortable, laid back and in a lovely location right on the sea front between to beach bars. Would definitely recommend these apartments. Only 15/20 minute walk to the Port but there are lovely restaurants and bars quite near.

The sea view room we had made up for the basic accommodation as the balcony was facing the beach and sea approximately 50 metres from the room. The room was described as a double bed self-catering apartment. The bed was in fact two single beds pushed together which were uncomfortable. The kitchen had no oven so self catering was very limited; two hob appliance, kettle, toaster were provided with the usual utensils but no frying pan! The bathroom was lovely and clean with excellent shower but no bath. On first arriving we thought the rooms fixtures and fittings looked a bit tired; bit of rust on the fridge and some stains on the settee.The cleaners came every other day for a quick clean and change of towels. There was a security safe in the room but this was charged for locally if you wanted to use it. The swimming pool looked clean but we never used it as the sea was so close. The accommodation had a basic bar and sitting out area next to the reception at the rear of the property but no view. Despite the negatives we really had a great holiday due the location, see view and being close to lots of restaurants, shops, beach, etc.

The Hobby Club overs good quality, well equipped apartments. There is no children's club or entertainment so you are not paying for anything you won't use. However, there is a pool attendant so children will be safe in the pool. It's my third time of staying here. The Hobby Club is just across the road from the beach so it's ideal to pop over for a swim. The council have improved the promenade this year by reducing high curbs making it easier to access for people with mobility aids and pushchairs. There is a good quality spa shop next door where you can buy take-away pizzas and delicious cakes. The only problem is a beach bar nearby which has loud evening music but it only occurred on one night of our stay.Taxis are reasonably priced. We visited Pollenca old town and Alcudia. I recommend Pollenca old town. Its a scenic place beloved by artists with plenty of restaurants in the town square. We were concerned by reports of lots of steps, but discovered these are the Calvary steps. You can view it from the bottom! Puerto Pollenca market is also worth a visit. There is plenty of local fruit, meats and cheeses as well as leatherwork and olive wood products.

good service clean friendly 2nd holiday here app now renovated to good standard only downside storage space. location quite lovely overlooking beach direct access crossing road .short walk to many rest/bars.

Excellent accommodation in great location. Nice walk into main centre of Puerto pollensa. Only issues were people claiming sunbeds at 7am which was ridiculous for late season. It was the same people all the time that must have the same beds! Unbelievable. Other than that apartment was excellent. Nice staff.

fab apartments - if you want 5 star cleanliness and great location these are for you - recently refurbished - amazing shower room and roof terrace fab- pool and plenty of sun beds - lots if lovely restaurants nearby and Spar supermarket underneath - quote expensive but worth it
