Aparthotel Duva & Spa

We stayed for 10 nights all inclusive in July 22. The food and staff were excellent for all options of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel room was clean and well air conditioned. It's about a 20 minute walk into the main Puerto Pollensa town which was lovely to visit most nights. Entertainment in the hotel was ok but not really our thing so we went into town most nights. For cyclists its great, with secure locking for the bikes which you can hire in town. The gym was busy with locals and more teenagers but just need to pick your time to visit. Overall very happy with the hotel and the staff and would recommend. Hubby definitely looking to come back for a cycling holiday in the Spring.

Great value for money, clean accommodation. Fixtures are a little tired but maintenance were very efficient when we needed them. Fitness facilities and pools excellent although more parasols and someone to police the sunbed blockers would improve the experience. Italian restaurant on site was delicious with lovely wine and drinks but also good value. Snack bar also offered a varied menu at a reasonable price. Magda at reception was outstanding but the whole reception team were very helpful and friendly. Taxi needed to get into Pollensa town but this is the only downside to this accommodation and is reflected in the cost of staying here.

Excellent, spacious aparthotel set in very pleasant grounds. The apartments are well equipped for self-catering (which we were) and there is also additional bedding. Very good location just outside the centre of Puerto Pollenca which is a lovely picturesque seaside town. The hotel specializes in being a hotel for cyclists but this does nothing to deter from being an excellent general audience hotel too. Staff are very friendly and have good local knowledge. All speak excellent English and some are English. Would definitely return.

Visited end of August for 2 weeks with my husband and daughter. This was our 5th visit in 7 years, it was like returning home we were welcomed with open arms, accommodation was brilliant we had a premium apartment which was lovely and spacious, food was amazing as normal . Only downside was the entertainers were not as good as normal but this is outside of Duva control as it is an extension Al agency

This was our seventh consecutive year at the Duva, and once again we couldn't fault anything. The service, food and staff were first class. Nothing is too much trouble, it really is home from home. Can't wait for next year!

Was a part family part cycling holiday. So for cycling it's very good. For a family holiday the pool areas are uninspiring, for one of the pools you have to cross an internal road to get to the bar. The bar area was ok but it really lacked somewhere nice to have a drink and relax with a nice outlook/view. This is a shame considering the views from the back of the hotel! On the good to very good range is the food, staff and the spa facilities.

Highly recommended Duva. Excellent service from the minute we arrived to the time we left. Good clean well equipped apartment with everything you need. Bar staff and drinks selection excellent. Restaurant team are exceptional and always very pleasant. The entertainment was excellent it craters for all ages and really adds to the family atmosphere of Duva. Booked for 2017 which will be our third time at Duva.

We stayed during August. This was our 4th visit to Apart hotel Duva on All-inclusive. We really can not fault the hotel, the staff are brilliant go out of there way to help you, it was like visiting family how welcome we are made. The rooms are clean and comfortable, only downside is british tv channels especially in the evening when we put our daughter to bed. The food is excellent a variety of choice with show cooking, this year they have added more fruit and cheese selection in the evening. We like a quiet room so stay in block C which overlooks the mountains. It is about 20 minute walk to the beach but the hotel provide a bus during high season. We have already booked our return visit for 2017

We stayed here end of August beginning of September. The hotel was fantastic, clean, friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and kept clean. Food was amazing. Pool area was kept clean and safe. Bar staff were lovely as we're the entertainment staff. Loved it here and would definitely go again

Just returned from a week at the Duva with my husband, 18 & 12 year old children. Our apartment was spacious for all 4 of us and good size balcony. We had specified a quiet room and got that which was lovely - wouldn't wanted to have been by the pool. Food was good, however, not as good as other hotels we have stayed in for all inclusive. Snacks were poor, you had to ask for what was on offer. One plate of cakes were a the back of the bar. Previously chicken nuggets/burgers/chips/baguettes etc have all been on offer in all inclusive deal at other places - all you had were sandwiches or a formal lunch. However, staff were lovely, reception were really helpful. Wi-Fi was a rip off especially with having 2 teenage children - this day and age it should be free. Sunbeds/pool not as bad as other places we have stayed in, although you still did have to wake up early if you wanted a sunbed. Entertainment was a bit odd, nothing for teenagers during the day and repetitive evening entertainment. Overall it was a good place to stay.

I can't recommended this hotel highly enough. The staff are extremely professional and very helpful. The apartments are very good, well equipped and cleaned to a high standard. The restaurant serves a varied selection of beautiful food and the staff are exceptional. I highly recommended this hotel for families and mature couples.

Hotel was nice and clean, rooms could be doing with a refurb but I did notice other rooms look like they had been done up so they may be working their way through the rooms, maids were In everyday except Sundays. Always plenty towels and toilet roll. Corridor leading up to our room was a little dirty, it needed a good brush. Food was good, to me typical holiday food. Pizza and chips everyday for lunch and dinner plus a range of fish and meat each night. Not enough staff on tho, as our time went on and it got busier it was obvious the 3 main waiting staff were not enough as when food items were finished you could wait up to 10 mins for fresh items, The entertainment wasnt up to much, the girl and guy who took it were lovely but the mini disco lasted all of 20mins and was the exact same songs each night, no variation at all, then it was followed by Bingo and an act, although the acts were ok it's not entertainment you expect at a 4 star hotel, the most shocking part is there is no entertainment on a Saturday night? ??? There was no music on during the day either to keep you going if you were lying at the pool.

This was our sixth visit to the Duva and it didn't disappoint. First time we've been all inclusive and would thoroughly recommend it. The food, service, staff and entertainment were fantastic, the rooms have been updated since last year, can't wait to book again for next year!
