MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa

The Mar Senses is a great hotel for families and. Even as we are an elderly couple the hotel was great, sorry but let down by the food, not the quality or quantity but every meal the food was cold,the air con was on so low is cooled what heat was in the food, I passed by the dining room at 7:30 one morning and all the “hot” food was laid out ,they open at 8am!, no staff behind the serving counter unless meat needed carving,maybe a Microwave somewhere to heat the food up would help, that was the only downside to our visit, we had a. Superior suite with walk in shower as my wife is disabled and cant get in a bath, a few faults BUT the staff were. There straight away to sort them and they did , but special mention to our housekeeper Rosaline she cleaned everywhere everyday,it was spotless and a great personality, speaking to her after her shift ,funny, pleasant ,XXX, ‘

Superb stay. Mini club staff were excellent and really looked after the twins. It was lovely how they could just go in and out and not strictly stick to organised events. The restaurant staff were wonderful, there friendlyness excelled, especially a lady called Eva who looked after us every evening. We will be coming back for sure

Looks good in the brochure,but up close..........hmmmmmmmmm anything but!!! Broken plastic planks near the pool area,broken steam room in the spar and locker doors hanging off the hinges,don't go down well.food was fab on the whole with very friendly waiters to look after us,but ooohhhhh dear me,front of house svetlana needs to go on a customer service training week ,dreadful attitude,made our week very uncomfortable for us.

The rooms are newly furnished and very spacious. The food was very tasty and plentiful, a different choice every night, breakfasts catered for every choice from full english to continental. Staff were very friendly and efficient in all parts of the hotel. Snacks from the poolside bar were good, plenty of chairs and sunbeds at both pools. May be more parasols would have been good around the far side of the hotel plenty of beds and a shady piece of grass. The entertainment finished early but there was plenty of bars etc. close to the hotel if you wanted nightlife.

Good family hotel. I liked that the children and adults pool areas where separated so the kids could make noise and enjoy themselves without fear of disturbing other holidaymakers. Good size rooms and facilities and friendly staff. Food choice a bit repetitive but feel you find that with most hotels abroad.

This was our 10th time in Majorca and this hotel was the best we have stayed in. It was very clean, food was great every day and the staff were brilliant. Victor and the young Lady manager were just the best. We had our 18 month old son with us and the waiting staff were just great with him and made us look forward to going down for dinner. The location is just perfect. A couple of minutes from the beach and shops next door. Overall this is a fantastic choice and great spot.

We stayed in an apartment. We had a big lounge, two bathrooms, two balconies and big bedroom.The staff were all friendly, especially Victor on reception. Breakfast was o.k. but could have done better with English bacon and sausage. Johnnie and the animation team were great for anyone with children.

Hotel was great staff very friendly The animation team were great The hotel sits very close to magaluf but That didn't affect our stay it's a very modern hotel I would recommend this hotel great for kids and adults

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Requested pool view and got a pool view. Great location - close enough to maga to enjoy a few nights out but far enough away from the noise. Close to 2 beaches plenty of shops on dooor step. Room had 2 single beds pushed together a double would of been better but we coped and this was the only fault I could find.

Very Nice Family Hotel, would thoroughly recommend it, entertainment could have been a bit better at night, kids got the same thing every night and the adult stuff was mainly done by the hotel entertainment staff, who, don't get me wrong did a great job considering all the work they did all day long, they were very hard working staff. Food was good, no complaints here and with a varied choice for a lot of different tastes. Room was clean and met all our needs, we were a family of 4 with 2 kids, 6 & 4 years old, the beds were really comfortable and changed every day, fresh towels every day as well if required. Air conditioning was great and very quiet. The main pools were very deep and really not suitable for children to be around unless confident swimmers but the kids pool makes up for this by having a few slides although the pool attendant is a bit strict regarding inflatables. Not knocking the pool attendant she was very on the ball and did spot a child in difficulty and acted quickly before anyone else spotted it. Overall I would return to this hotel in future, also felt really safe with the location of this hotel.

I spent one week with my partner here at half-board. A lovely warm welcome from Victor, a fantastic room with a great mini kitchen. Hygiene throughout hotel was perfect. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was outstanding and was beautiful!! Every member of staff was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Location was just a short walk to the beach, perfect! I can't wait to stay here again.

this is an excellent apart/hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff throughout, spotless rooms, spot on location, shops supermarket nearby, five minutes to beach, overall a great choice , going back in august.
