Zafiro Mallorca

Hotel was very clean with very friendly staff, pools were very cold until we had a few days sun on them. Food was good, but was sometimes hard to put a meal together so was a miss match sort of meal. Entertainments staff where very good with the kids and remembered all the kids names and went out of their way to put a smile on their face. Plenty for young kids to do and lots of entertainment activities to do. Service was very good, odd time we need to wave the service team over for drinks. Only issue we had was not with the hotel but Jet2 as we paid for all inclusive plus, but the hotel only does all inclusive so had to pay for international drinks when they should of been included, all other operators state this on their sites. One tip I would offer is book self catering and then when you get to the hotel ask for an upgrade to all inclusive as they offered really good rates compared to what operators offer.

Very clean, a little tired. Staff were all very helpful and the entertainment staff were fantastic with the kids aged 9 and 6. Did self catering but had dinner there several times and was very impressed.People we chatted too said 2 weeks of fully inclusive was a bit Groundhog Day, not because of the selection but just the procedure of it all in the same surroundings.Beach was walking distance but stayed at the pool as kids liked the sports and making new friends.Met some lovely people so holiday for us was a success.Thank you Zafiro!

This was our 2nd visit to the zafiro Mallorca hotel, I must say we had a fantastic holiday yet again. Foods fantastic, pools lovely & clean! The only thing I would like to see is a sunbed reservation system as we’ve found unless You get up really early all of the sun beds are taken. But all in all fab holiday, will definatly Visit again in the future. Thanks to all the staff at the zafiro Mallorca!:-)

Book it!! Absolutely brilliant family hotel. Great pools for kids with pirate ship & bouncing dome thing. Children's pools not too deep. Out 3.5 year old was more than able to be left to go in and out on his own if he didn't venture out of sight. Our 6 year old who is more confident was more than capable of navigating all areas of the pool as it got deeper. We were self catering and the apartment size was excellent with a small kitchen area off the living room which had all we required for a family of 4. The hotel was very clean with well kept grounds. We are Scottish and heard only one other Scottish family. There were some English and a couple Northern Irish accents, but the majority were German, Spanish or Dutch (I think). In my opinion this meant there weren't any loud annoying people!! Everyone was totally cool, quiet, tidied up after themselves and the kids were well behaved. The location is basically about 3 crossings away from the promenade and beach. Our 3.5 year old was more than capable of walking this although did get a carry later on the way back up. Our 6 year old could walk this no problem as could we. 800m is probably correct. We had never been to Can Picafort before and absolutely loved it. The resort size is bigger than other parts of Majorca (we were in Calles de Mallorca last year and exhausted that rather quickly) so we continued to enjoy our nightly walks down to walk the promenade and visit all the stalls and shops. Can Picafort is a great family destination. This hotel is a great place to stay and we had absolutely no complaints. Loved it. We would book again now if I knew what time I could get off my work next summer.

100% recommend, especially for families with kids 10 yrs and under. Safe, clean, pretty resort hotel with great staff. Pools safe and fab for the kids. Lovely adult pool too. Food choices good. Animation staff excellent too.

Was good but they could have more of a food selection and they definitely need more staff as you'll wait ages to get served your drinks. Staff were run off their feet. I wouldn't class the hotel as a 4 star more like 3.

This hotel is excellent for families with good food, excellent entertainment both during the day and in the evening. The children have something to do all day and the staff are on hand to keep them amused. The poolside bar is very good serving excellent food at lunch- well up until 4pm!! It is a very short walk to the beach which is very pretty and there are just enough shops to stroll around in comfort. A lovley hotel in aa attractive resort.
