Casa Luis Apartments

Holiday with my daughter & family. Ideal location - 10 minute walk from town. 5 minutes from a supermarket. Lovely clean rooms, good facilities for all the family. Would recommend.

Casa Luis is exactly what you’d expect from a package resort. We stayed in one of the superior apartments and had a balcony at the back of the property which was private and quiet. The facilities are geared towards families with 3 family pools. There was an adult only rooftop pool with bar which would have been an excellent escape for adult parties, except the bar was inconsistently staffed and even when this was raised and a queue was forming the reception staff didn’t appear to have a solution. The resort itself is 15/20 mins walk from the town centre but there were buses if you wanted to wait. After a while the walk was a bit wearing but mainly due to the heat rather than the distance. If you wanted to participate there was entertainment and the on site food was fine. There’s a gym and on site spa too and everywhere was super clean.

Casa Luis apartments were amazing. We stayed in the superior apartments 425. The air con was amazing and provided a welcoming break from the heat. Jeffry the entertainment coordinator was fantastic, our children loved him, so friendly and chatty with everyone around the pool. It was my birthday whilst we were there, the staff made such a fuss and made the day very special. Julie the waitress is very accommodating and lovely. Roof top terrace is something else! Adults only, I enjoyed a birthday mojito up there on the afternoon of my birthday. WiFi wasn’t great and caused issues for the karaoke at times for poor Jeffry, but he managed to keep the crowd entertained. Supermarket was great, with a fab sushi bar inside and we enjoyed a walk to Nui Blau beach a couple of times which is beautiful. We dined at Pura Vida beach bar and hired a day bed, a little pricey but lovely atmosphere and great food. We also found a beach bar further up called ‘Soul good’ which served a range of drinks and bar snacks. Would definitely return here! We loved it!

First visit, very impressed. Clean spacious room and all facilities well managed. Food and drink very reasonably priced and well presented. Staff were excellent throughout from arrival at reception, bar and restaurant and cleaners. Booked again for next year. Centre of resort too far for wheelchair but taxis are cheap and quickly summoned by reception.

Rooms ok, found some old clothing in bedside drawer on arrival. Sofa beds uncomfortable and beds not much better. Shower drained all over the bathroom floor so had a use towels to soak up for safety. Good swimming pools but many sun loungers damaged. Found a large rusty nail sticking out of the ground around the pool next to reception. We were put in the 4 star section of the hotel and charged extra tax for the pleasure but wouldn't say was 4 star. I wouldn't say avoid we had a good holiday overall but it is what you make it.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Loved the roof top pool and bar with singer in the afternoons ! Close to beach and Santa Eulalia - great bar at the bottom of the street - we had a great week. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at casa Luis apartments, we stayed in room 204 in block 2, it was a one bedroom apartment that looked so much bigger in the brochure than it actually was, the sofa in the living area does not pull out into a bed, so basically your sleeping on a sofa, the bedroom window faced out onto the stairs, which was the main entrance to the apartments, which could get a bit noisy but I suppose that was luck of the room your allocated, the room was very dated the shower head would not stay on the fitting, you couldn't really cook anything on the two little rings, boiled some eggs that was about it, think the rooms in the main reception block have been refurbished & looked a lot nicer. In the brochure it said it was a 10 minute walk to the marina & beach, more like a 20 minute walk especially with a 4 year old but you do have the option to catch the bus, the pools are fantastic, the adult only roof top pool is spectacular. The kids mini disco was on for 10 minutes not sure if its longer in peak time, the kids club is basically in a shed half hour in the morning & half hour in the afternoon, I think this hotel is more suited to familys with younger children. Overall my 4 year old had a great time & met some lovely people, would I go back, probably not, to far from the beach & I found ibiza to be a bit pricey.
