Le Bleu Hotel & Resort

Stayed for a week. Room was compact but spotlessly clean and modern. Food was good with plenty of choice each meal time. Didn’t use the pools as they were freezing but sea was warm so used beach onsite. Plenty of sunbeds available all day. Slightly remote but taxi into kusadasi were 50 liras so very reasonable

Staff rude, unfriendly, no customer service, communication difficulty, lack of any understanding regarding complaints try and white wash over any problems. Apparently ALL the rooms are the same grade, no difference between,Club or Standard, this was told by,Hotel Guest Relations,Jet 2 Rep, she even checked with Hotel Management even though they say they have "UPGRADED"??!!! It's a transit Hotel... Moved rooms 3 times due to large numbers of guest arriving each night, staying one night then leaving early hours, they were very noisy, banging doors,phones going off.......was horrendous. No international drinks, absolute joke ...when asked for..... Told, we have none, supposedly All inclusive plus... Food awful, cats in restaurant, cats eating off uncleared plates, when we complained to Jet 2, they didn't even address this, we have pictures of the Cats eating off plates and sent them in, with lots of other Picture evidence regarding problems we had and no response to this .... actually Jet 2 response was a complete waste of time and had only kind of been addressed, it took till JULY.!! I could go on and on and on about the problems at this Hotel....but I won't, we did get a bowl of fruit in our room, and extra a la carte as way of, in Jet2 and Hotel eyes of compensation by way of saying....sorry you experienced some issues and you feel it completely ruined your holiday so much so it took days to sort and your partner packing his bags and wanting to leave , Jet 2 informing you that if you wanted to leave it would take days to sort out for you to go to another Hotel it would take days to authorize......all I will say is..... AVOID , spend your hard earned money, your "I can't wait to go on Holiday" at some other hotel......we wish we had!!!!! Will not be booking with Jet2 again, that was our first and last time.

I loved it here surrounded by sea .food was lovely 24hr bar 4 pools what more could you ask for ! The rooms were spacious we stayed on level 4! Italian and seafood restaurant were amazing! Reggie was friendly and got us involved with the entertainment loved the foam party ..will definitely be back

The hotel was ok I have no significant complaints but it was not what we expected, we had a seaview room as we paid for but it was not the the room we expected and quite frankly the balcony was a joke as both us could barely sit side by side on. We did have an issue with the toilet and it was never resolved completely despite two attempts but no room move. The restaurant was obviously under orders to keep things tight as they noticeably reduced food choice availability across the week to the point we eat out a couple of times to get some variety. Staff were ok, some more friendly than others, I can’t put my finger on it but we were never really comfortable across the week and you did feel like some of them were doing you a favour by serving you sometimes. Overall it was nice to be away and the weather was great, would I go again to this hotel probably not, the resort again probably not and it may be sometime before we return to Turkey.

Hotel is lovely staff are very helpful and accommodating. Very relaxing...until a group of 70+ Bulgarian students turned up and turned it in to a rowdy 18-30 party hotel. That put parents off having children around the main pool with slides. They were drinking and smoking in the pool. I had 2 x run in with them taking my daughters inflatable pool toys. Food not for me or my daughter but my partner liked some of it we ate out 4-5 times in the end. We has a little incident in the Italian where the food was taking for ever and the catering manager rectified the issue.be warned they are building a water park next to the hotel and is very noisy but due to be finished in June. So dont let this put you off if travelling June onwards
