Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa

We did have a lovely holiday with great food and facilities but do be aware that a 'family garden room' that is supposed to fit a family of 4 isn't ideal if you're looking for comfort. Upon arrival there were x2 beds set up that were slightly bigger than a standard UK single and a sofa. We spoke to them and they added a further single camp bed and added bedding to the sofa. Not the a 5 star comfort I was expecting. However, the service from the staff and food, the multiple pools available and people rollerblading your drinks to you poolside was really amazing. Make sure you have some English money upon arrival and departure so you can tip the drivers for your transfers and any excursions you book onto as that is expected and we were unprepared!

This was a return visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. We went early June for 10 days with Jet2. There was a heat wave so the temperatures were in the high 30s and on a couple of occasions low 40s. Pros: Food selection is great including if you want vegetarian, vegan or Gluten free. Drink selection varied including cocktails, spirits, lattes, soft drinks etc. We spent our time at the adult only pool (only thing we would have like would have been music by the pool at low level as it is only on when they do water aerobics. Very clean and constantly being cleaned. Air conditioning in the rooms is great, room is spacious with a very large bed. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower area. Entertainment was ever very good or average. It depended on the night. They seem to repeat the shows weekly.. The hotel is very large which we liked. Suited for both couples and families.

We tried it for the second time with friends and was pleased to say that it was as good as the first time. Only things that i would say could have been better were:- 1. More bar staff required especially in the Skybar and piano bar 2. Could have provided a kids disco so that the adults could have had a better time relaxing etc without lots of kids running round 3. Very hard to find the courtesy room for getting changed on the day of departure. A few more signs would really have helped

This place was spectacular. I have stayed in Antalya a few times, but for some reason having never been to Dalaman I was a bit apprehensive about visiting. I shouldn't have been at all. The place is very similar, with beautiful coastal areas and quite a few lovely excursions to see. The hotel was absolutely amazing. We went just the week after half term, and it was near empty. They upgraded us for free into a Hotel Apartment which had a Swim Up Area. the entertainment was just brilliant for the kids, with new activities and a Kids Club as well as brilliant water slide area and lovely Private Beach. There is even a cycle path although we didn't go on this as kids are too small. The Breath of food was just lovely, each meal had different food daily and the staff were really attentive. Special shout-out to the concierge and Hotel Services staff especially Aleyna Kaan who was so helpful whenever we asked anything. Will definitely be going back!

Hotel was nice and spacious and well spread out that no one was one top of each other. Restaurant was good selection and snack bar was v good. What let the hotel down for us was rooms need updating, 1st room they give us had the smell of damp or musky also was dated. Bar service at night was a joke with one bartender to serve everyone queuing for over 25 minutes one night. It was the start of the season so not sure if this had something to do with it but not what you want on holiday. Also the cocktails were really bad we tried most of them but thought they were really poor and just stuck to beer. Overall think the resort is suited for families with young kids not the luxurious resort we thought we were going to. Enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t go back. Service and poor English was a problem.

I love this hotel and have been going for many years but last time was a bad experience, there was a dog barking constantly for 4 days and nights, complained and got a £15 al a carte meal voucher for a £6000 holiday spoilt, never again which is disappointing for me because I love the hotel

What a fantastic place to have a holiday. Beautiful settings, fantastic facilities, great staff who are extremely welcoming and friendly. Teenagers Club run by Emre was the best club my child has ever been too, so many activities and run smoothly and very friendly staff, Nurselin was amazing. Food was outstanding and I personally loved the Zoo. The whole trip was amazing

We stayed at the Hilton 13th-20th of April. This was the 2nd attempt as the first time we booked through Thomas Cook. We knew the hotel & village as had stayed at the Holiday village next door in 2019. First impressions of the hotel was it was incredible & can honestly say that remained our thoughts during the whole stay. We were extremely lucky and managed to get an upgrade to a lake house with access to the pool. The room was exceptional by far the best room we have ever had. The staff were all friendly and the hotel was very clean. We only ever ate in the buffet restaurant at night as it suited us. The choice was vast and although I was sceptical I liked the fact you were being served. During the day we ate at the 2 restaurants both were lovely. We didn’t watch the entertainment as my children weren’t interested but went in the piano bar and played cards. I used the gym most days which was always clean and had enough equipment for me. Alcohol drinks were all branded which was nice extra. I must mention the two young lads on the roller skates that go round the pool getting peoples drinks for them & tidying up the ones that couldn’t be bothered to put their empty cups on the stands scattered about. They did a fantastic job! Well done! The beach bar here is amazing. For a split second when the sun was beaming down, cocktail in hand and the DJ was playing his tunes I thought I was on a child free holiday in Ibiza. 😝 myself & my husband loved it there and made it out ritual to go there after being round the pool all day before going back to the room. We were concerned about the weather with it being April as the forecast wasn’t great but we were surprised that we only had 1 cloudy day & we made full use of it playing tennis & mini golf. We went into the village one night for a meal for a change. We chose paradise which was great but have also been to jokers in the past which is great too. If your after clothes, bags & jewellery at a fab price def visit the village. The locals are super friendly and would appreciate your business. We always go overboard and make sure we have plenty of room in our cases for purchases!! . We have a family holiday every year in the summer but fancied a luxury break at Easter. We were not disappointed. After holidaying in sarigerme in 2019 we have fallen in love with the place. So much so we are off the the TUI tropical next door but one in August this year. As you can probably tell we absolutely loved it here. 💕

I have to say this was one of the nicest holidays we have had in years. Due to the pandemic our holiday to Spain was cancelled and Jet2 were fantastic. We got a refund and then decided to give Turkey a go. This hotel was only at 50% capacity due to the virus. They made us so welcome, it was spotless. Temperature was taken before going into restaurants. The food for an all inclusive was lovely and the a la carte restaurants also very very good. We hired out a gazebo with jacuzzi and butler service for the day which for our wedding anniversary was perfect. The staff were so friendly. Rooms spotless and spacious. The mini bar filled everyday. We loved the beach bar and the lunchtime restaurants. Well done to them for making such hard times so enjoyable for everyone. Would highly recommend and we will be returning next year. So thank you for making our last minute August holiday such a memorable one.

Everything about this hotel is of a very high standard from the quality of the building and its facilities to its staff who were all very helpful and more than willing to help with any issues we had. Would visit this hotel again because of the very high standards it has.

Having visited the Dalaman Hilton with my husband several years ago, we decided to take our three children, their partners and our three grandchildren back to this hotel. We were certainly not disappointed. The hotel caters very well with a full range of activity and entertainment across all age ranges. We were all inclusive and had 4 sea view deluxe rooms, which were very comfortable and offered access via a stairway from our rooms directly into the pool. Food and snacks in all areas were varied and a good standard. The pool areas were excellent with lots of shade available if needed. The children’s pool and the flumes were particularly a favourite with our children and grandchildren. The children’s play area was very well thought out and very welcoming. Food areas were child friendly and although there were designated non-smoking areas, sometimes these seem to merge so could be better defined. We used several of the A la carte restaurants, which cost although we’re an additional €15pp cost, they but were easy to book and the food and service was good. I must say that when we have travelled to other Caribbean and Indian Ocean destinations the a la carte are usually included so maybe one free visit during a stay would be a nice gesture. On accessions service in the bars were sometimes a little slow and seemed understaffed but staff in all departments were very friendly and helpful. Overall, definitely a 5 star hotel which we would definitely recommend to anyone and would happily return.
