L'Etoile Hotel

This hotel was not as advertised and it took us four days to sort out the problems, and my Daughter and grandchild fell down the worst staircase I have ever seen, and she does not drink. The travel agent dismised any responsibility.

Staff very rude at reception food is terrible. Room cleaning in once every 3 days unacceptable umbrellas at swimming pool was all broken very noisy in rooms dog barking all night my wife is disabled she dident get no sleep so went to reception very rude staff said would be able to change rooms in 3 to 4 days we was only there for 7 days hotel has gone down so much won't be going back there was expensive holiday not worth money

Having been to Icmeler some 20 times i have some knowledge and experience of this resort and various Hotels.This Hotel is best by far, the atmosphere is very relaxed and all the facilities first class.

Hotel room clean, bed a bit on the firm side as was the one pillow, air conditioning provided but a bit noisy too. Food in dining room a bit repetitive and sometimes not very hot. Couldn't believe how much food some people like to put on to their numerous plates then leave! Bar staff at the pool bar very friendly and hard working especially Mehmet and Emre (sixteen). They helped make our holiday. Other guests there, very friendly too if you make the effort!

Could not fault this hotel on anything, clean, great food, lovely staff especially Mehmet who run the poolside bar, the rooms were cleaned every day as was the poolside very clean hotel, entertainment was good especially for the children.

Cannot praise location, hotel or staff enough. Very welcoming and helpful. In house entertainment, games and yoga/ exercise classes included. Rooms spotless. Food very good with a wide selection. Had a mishap on metal door of pool toilet, very deep cut to bone was dealt with immediately in on site surgery by nurse. (Still awaiting response from Jet 2 Holidays). Would recommend hotel and resort.

hotel was good location and clean the food service was not very good not enough choice and you had to go eat very early to make sure you got something to eat before it was gone i think 2 hours to serve everyone is too short a time when we went there was a lot of russian and turkish families that would fill there tables with everything then leave most of it un eaten it was more like a canteen than somewhere to relax in the evening . the entertainment was not very good neither not enough money spent on it even though the entertainment staff tried their best

We had a fantastic week. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Animation staff were great fun, especially Sam. All staff friendly, food was tasty with plenty choice every day, although many complained.....
