Great wee gem of a hotel situated in a quieter town. All the staff were fabulous so so friendly and welcoming. Always welcomed with a smile and they never stopped working. Hotel grounds are beautiful and consistently kept tidy. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Food and drink is standard all inclusive style always an option to choose from and cooked fresh. A al carte is out of this world. So much beautifully prepared foods and stunning views from the restaurant. We wanted a relaxed holiday and this certainly was provided. Would definitely go back. Kids loved it too.

Well where shall I start with this review!On arrival the booking in process was ok however we had to ask for our wrist bands to denote we were all inclusive and the reception staff had very limited understanding of the English language!The hotel itself is in a lovely setting and laid out well with apartment blocks overlooking both pools, very clean tidy and well kept. The locks on the apartment doors were a little tricky but ok when you got the hang of it! Very serviceable room, average storage for clothing etc, large powerful shower with constant hot water however no hot drinks making facilities in the room (there was a fridge). The pools were akin to an ice bath so avoided them, the sea was actually warmer!!!Now for the food - to summarise it was abysmal!!! I've had better breakfasts at a Premier Inn - you cannot live on yoghurt, cold eggs and sausage for a week! No milk, butter, toast or cereals, hot drinks and fruit cordial from a dispensing machine. Lunch and evening meals consisted of mainly salad accompanied by watery tasteless soup and some sort of 'hot' items which were NOT hot! Cold vegetables (mainly broccoli and cauliflower) to accompany everything. No labels on anything so if you have an allergy good luck with identifying what you are able to eat! The only saving grace was the desserts - fantastic! In the end we gave up and ate out which probably cost us another £150 on top of what we'd already paid for the holiday. Other holidaymakers also witnessed staff filling up the water dispenser with TAP WATER which of course caused several guests to suffer with upset stomachs - very naughty!!! We learnt that it was their last week of opening however this does not excuse the total lack of enthusiasm or edible food!!!Good points are the fact that it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre of Bitez where there are plenty of other hotels, bars restaurants and shops and also close to bus stops and a taxi rank at the end of the road.We found a lovely hotel a 5 minute walk away - The Ambrosia - who were very hospitable and couldn't do enough for you, food was excellent and cooked fresh and at very reasonable prices, use of their beach and other facilities at no cost so will probably book with them next year!Bitez itself is a lovely place with a fabulous harbour and clean beaches and only a 10 minute bus ride to Gumbet and around 40 minutes on the bus to Bodrum so within easy reach if you want a bit more excitement.

Hotel ok. Food could do with been hot - only warm. Rooms ok but no kettle!! Chairs around the pool need replacing. Not a bad place to visit for a week as you can use facilities of another hotel and their beach. Priced accordingly. Need some comfortable seats. We had a good holiday overall
