Had a great week. Friendly place. Decent food. Clean rooms. No fighting for sunbeds. Entertainment nightly to suit all ages. Ideal location to shops,bars and restaurants. Definitely go back again. Recommend

Had a fantastic holiday here all staff were friendly.Apartment was good .Poll areas were clean and tidy was self catering so ate out but food we did see was gd.All in exclusive food looked really good with lots of choice.Loads of entertainment for all the family all staff worked hard.

Great hotel for a family with young children most staff are very helpful and polite but some of the staff are very rude and unhelpful if you refuse their advances There is no lift at this hotel so make sure you request a room suitable to your needs the Alacarte restaurant is very nice and great prices Entertainment team are fantastic at trying to involve everyone regardless of age

Hotel was clean. Maids in everyday,fresh towels every other day. Food was standard repeated itself alot through the week. Was labeled in english aswel so you knew what you was eating. Pools were good for kids. Barring cleaning service. Always cups around pool never seemed to tidy pool areas same with all inclusive bar. Always dirty glasses and not always someone serving so hit an miss if getting served. Staff was polite when asked anything. Free wifi in reception area if you want it in the room you pay 10euros a day per device. Snack bar near waterslide pool was always burger an chips nothing else. But for what i paid i cant complain to much.

The staff are rude they only care about the people that are paying money so if you go all inclusive you don't get a look in and the food was terrible. I went all inclusive but spent all our time eating and drinking out. The all inclusive also ended at 10.00 o'clock it's just a poor hotel

Busy apartments all seems crammed in. We had a 1 bedroom apartment but the balcony was very small. Luckily we went over the road to the sun city relax as it was more chilled out & quite but we could not get a room there. Food OK but would not go back l'm afraid.

Stained bed linen, filthy kettle and disgusting cooking rings. The photos on the website bear no resemblance to reality. The communal areas were constantly dirty. As for the staff in local shops they were just rude!

Great hotel, good location, the only downside was the late bar across the road. very noisy into the early hours. even young children screaming out.we have stayed at the hotel in the past, but the bar used to shut at midnight. family hotels should think about disturbing others.

All inclusive here does not mean all inclusive You can have beer,wine vodka,gin lemonade and coke, no free drinks or ice cream for kids Food was hit and miss Room was absolutely disgusting smelly, we eventually got to change rooms which so ok Only good thing I can say about this hotel was the pools were lovely for kids

Not what it looks like in the brochure.. rooms are very dated, dirty bed sheets, however, cleaners cleaned our room on a daily basis, fresh towels, poor air con.. 4 flights of stairs to climb to our room.. all inclusive bar, well what can I say, not good at alll, poor service, quests had to queue for drinks, no cocktails, only for paying customers, obe selection of beer(their beer)small glasses, ran out of ice, Gin and soda.. poor selection of hot foot, chicken wings one night, day after same chicken but covered in a sauce..eat out 5 days out of 9.. salad bar was fresh but there is only so much salad u can eat in a week.. pool area was. Nice, very clean. , lots of sun beds which was nice. Offered free bus to beach..very disappointed with jet2 nothing like brochure.. we won't be booking again or going all inclusive in Turkey..

On arrival at hotel we were promptly shown to our room, and assisted with the bags! Rooms are very clean and are cleaned everyday! We were in a 2 bedroomed apartment which slept 6... double bed and single bed in one room, double bed in 2nd room and a single sofa bed in living area! Kitchen well equipped with cutlery, glasses, cups etc! Only a 2 ring hob though which wasnt a problem for us as we ate out everyday, but ok for preparing basic breakfast i.e boiled eggs etc! Staff were lovely especially the couple in the shop! We only ate at the restaurant a few times as we like to eat in different places. Pools were very clean as were surrounding areas! We would stay again if we visited SIDE again! Certainly good value for money! Would recommend that if staying self catering you get air conditioning especially in june / july / august! Reception staff absoultly lovely and cant do enough to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable!

I stayed here with my son in june 2016. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff amazing. The staff was always to hand no matter what we needed. The manager of the bar/restaurant even.provided me with jacket when I mentioned I was cold. Due to the current situation in other parts of the country it caused the hotel to be very quiet which was nice for the peace and quiet but it felt the entertainment was lacking as there was barely anyone to entertain. I did the mistake of not looking at reviews about food before booking all inclusive. I found that the food wasn't to our liking and spent alot of money in restaurants off site and rarely ate any of the provided meals which made the holiday more expensive . Also food is not avaliable at all times throughout the day. Only breakfast lunch and dinner, snacks and ice cream are at an additional cost but are reasonably priced. WiFi and air conditioning are additional as well but again didn't break the bank and was worth it. The holiday over all was great as a last minute basic holiday. Don't go if your expecting luxury. The only part that I struggled with was music being played from what I've been told was the religious services and I was awoken most nights. Not the hotels fault I think it's more the location. Hopefully will be back another year.
