The first thing that shocked us - tip jar in the room, it makes the impression that you must to leave the tips every single day if you want your room to be cleaned. On the arrival it was layers of dust in the bathroom. Beach towels - you can replace them only once during the day and you must to have your towel card. Food in the main restaurant just warm. By the time you are finding the table where to sit down, food is completely cold. Food is repetitive during the lunch/dinner and every single day. After three days you are bored of it and not enjoying at all. The main restaurant understaffed, difficult to get hold of anyone for the drinks; plates not being taken away from the tables during the meal - eating the dessert and looking to your dirty plates. Breakfast menu was very disappointing, after two morning we gave up and used to wait until 12pm when the snack bar will be open. Drinks by the pool bar are mainly crushed ice with a bit of actual alcohol. If you leaving tips, then your drinks looks and tastes completely differently, and you don't even need to stand in the queue to get them. But to have that, you have to leave tips every single day, and I'm not talking about small tip, it's more like $10 a day. Lots of facilities where you have to pay extra charge e.g fresh juice, ice cream etc. Evening programme very poor. Staff (male) asking for your instagram profiles. SPA - we went to the hammam, it was ok until some person calling himself spa manager came over and started to tell us we have issues with the back, neck, legs etc and telling we need to book additional medical massage. After we said no thanks, he was still persistent we need it for another 30mins. This experience completely ruined our spa experience. The only positive the pool for the kids, but even then it's a mission to find the sunbed! Although the notes saying you can't reserve the sunbed before 10am, lots of people used to put their towels way before then and no one cares. Eventually these people usually turning up at around 3pm then, meaning the sunbed not been used by anyone. Rooms are facing the main road which is very busy and obviously noisy. In overal, I don't think I should spend so much additional money when I have already paid for the all inclusive package.
