Visited here with my 4 kids and it was perfect lovely and clean big rooms always someone walking around collecting rubbish food is ok for an all inclusive mini fridge constantly topped up for u in the room we all loved it and looking at returning next year

Hotel was fine, facilities good, and there was never a problem obtaining a sunbed The beach club wass very close and although there was a very regular bus, it was very easy to get to on foot. There are many facilities at the beach club and this was a very pleasant environement, however, it was more difficult to access a sunbed there. It was in a good location regarding beach and shops. We were a little disappointed by the lack of range of local restaurants and range of shops. The range of food was extensive it was safe, edible and on whole enjoyable, but most of the dishes were pre-prepared. On the downside the restaurant was very noisy and at the time we visited seemed to be short staffed. It was difficult to know whether we were expected to take wine in from an outside bar as we were seldom asked by staff whether we would like a drink with our mealWehad a superior room and this was spacious for the two of us, though may be a little cramped for a family. There were no tea-coffee making facilities in the room but a kettle was provided immediately on request. The tea coffee etc came a few days later. Staff were on the whole very helpful. (except perhaps on occasions in the restaurant)This resort does no have the authentic feel of many other turkish resorts but we did enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Lara beach was custom built for tourism which means outside the hotel there’s little to do. The local shops sell nothing but counterfeit goods bar an outlet store. The shopkeepers are not friendly and in some cases rude or aggressive. The hotel was clean, some of the staff were excellent including Tanya who did the poolside entertainment. The evening entertainment was basically the same dance show most nights but they did try their best. My wife got the biggest cheer doing Poi during all the evening entertainment that I can remember. The food is poor and low quality. The cleaning staff were super. The bar staff were also good. The beach is not private, there were a number of locals and few staff which didn’t make us feel our belongings were save if we left them. It is easy to get into Antalya which I highly recommend as it felt like the real Turkey rather than the odd Las Vegas Lara Beach experience. If you want to stay in a hotel, chill by a pool and spend little then this would suit but watch out for the mosque announcement at 6 if you are a light sleeper

Our first trip to Turkey. I was so worried about some of the comments on this hotel. What a load of miserable sad people. The hotel was everything we could ask for for the price we paid. Food plenty of choices. Staff polite and helpful. Bar could do with extra staff at busy times but they work so fast. GREAT HOTEL

My husband and kids were very ill on holiday and afterwards. I put it down to either hygiene of pool or food. Other people were ill while we were there.Not enough sun loungers, main pool is to deep for my 8 and 9 year old to stand in. The slides were only open for 4 hours of the day.Staff were not happy and never put themselves out to help you.The entertainment was not worth going to the beach for in the evening. Hardly any entertainment at resort for kids. Transfer time was as advertised by Jet2holiday.Would never stay there again ever. I would never rate the hotel 4 stars.

Hotel is very lovely the staff are so attentive and always very clean everywhere. Good entertainment during the day and night. Would recommend for family’s not a couples holiday. The beach is about a 10 minute walk we found it quicker to walk than wait for the shuttle bus but the bus is probably better for small children and buggy’s. overall excellent hotel with the family

Took my time choosing this hol as never been to Turkey before. I chose right, lovely hotel and staff. Facilities spotless, if you leave a drink by your sun lounger it may get cleared away which I didn’t mind as prefer that to messy wasp I’m used to in other places! Food good, lots available 24/7, not all my choice but enough variety to eat something nice each time. Fresh clean and tasty meals and dining areas. Drinks good, not main brands but enjoyable. Good kids cocktails! Even tho bar is 24/7 there was never any rowdy people so if you felt like a late drink it was fine so long as just chilled. Rooms spotless as well as rest of whole hotel. I wasn’t aware the beach was a shuttle service away an that evening entertainment was down there but it was fine- took minutes an no big wait or anything. Beach is amazing! Jumping off the pier with my son is a memory I will treasure and definitely return for! Only negative an it’s small- pool activities seem split above an below age 14, my son is 11 an very able to do the games for 14+ but not allowed and his age group was too young for him- didn’t spoil his time he loved the slides but my suggestion would be to lower that age as the games were very suitable for 10+ The slides by the way were fab- no need for aqua park queues in such high temps- pool slides were perfect! Brilliant hol- we will return with friends!

We stayed here for a week end of August as a family with 4 adults and 3 children aged 5,10 and12. From the time we arrived to time we left could not fault any of the amenities within the hotel, rooms excellent comfy beds, my daughter husband and girls room was enormous with sitting room, cleaned daily, bar service very good, only down side was the queue when it came to dinner., sometimes waiting up to 15 minutes just to get a plate, food was okay but did cater for other nationals then us brit’s, breakfast good choice but evening meal not much choice. Water park and swimming pool was excellent, only problem was the toilets around pool was always wet on coming out which my husband did fall and hurt himself,no hand rails, still waiting for jet2holidayto reply to my complaint but all in all very good holiday
