Miracle Resort Hotel

I can only say my Jet2 complaint is four pages long and that's the condensed version. Just don't use this hotel if you want good service, pleasant food, happy smiley staff. We were third class citizens for nationalities at this hotel and it was very obvious

I requested a disabled room for my disabled mother via email months prior and was under the impression it was sorted. We did not get a disabled room when we arrived, might not always be possible but disappointing when you’re expecting it. My mother is fairly young and it did feel they were visually assuming a lot. It’s a long hotel and fine for an able bodied person but if you struggle walking, I would avoid, my mother was in a lot of pain. The buffett style dining area extends very far from the actual buffet, they serve you the food in quite small portions so if your walking up more than once, or for dessert or another drink it’s a lot for someone who has issues. I think there’s better suited hotels for disabled people that are trying to live independently and travel with family. The pool area was very slippery with about 12 caution signs everywhere and non slip shoes sold in the shop so clearly they are aware it’s a problem. The pool itself was amazing, very large and fun for the kids. The food was satisfactory, but that’s all. I’m a big foodie and I was really disappointed. Very randomly laid out, hard to make a solid meal, tiny portions served to you by people that just looked like they hated their life.Desserts looked out of this world but tasted awful. It just wasn’t nice vibes to be honest. I was hoping it was gonna be my Big Bang before my gastric sleeve but part of me wished I had it before I went. The nighttime entertainment! They had a ‘circus’ one night of kids and very young teenagers dancing. And I kid you not, they came out in leotards that had a bra imprinted on it and thigh high tights and danced to a song about sex and lasting all night long. It was like being in the twilight zone. The night after that, they got women out of the audience to come on stage and sexy pose on a chair while 2 men rated their efforts. I didn’t bother watching any of the other entertainment, I did love the fireworks the hotel next door put on mind. The arcade on the side for the kids did have very lovely men working in their, so that was something. They are doing a well needed upgrade I believe, they started the reno when we were there and banged and sawed until the early hours on more than one occasion. Overall I pretended to enjoy myself but in all honesty I really didn’t.

Resort is very well planned and excellent for children. However Food service could be much improved. Main food area is buffet style, but to me is was run just like a canteen - over two weeks the food choice was limited, no clear marking on the food, staff were plesant but spoke little english, you cound not get besoke omelette. My fired eggs were never hot!!.

Hotel was average food was average same everyday just glad my kids enjoyed it big shout out to the girls who worked at the kids club without them my kids wouldn’t have enjoyed the holiday would i stay at this hotel again answer is NO

Good hotel we stayed 2 weeks before Christmas, it rained, but the hotel facilities made up of it. Zoltan on reception was really helpful and all the staff very friendly, The chef at breakfast couldn't cook fried eggs, dreadful, he didn't deserve to wear his chef hat. But plenty of good quality food something for everyone. Definitely would go back.

Disappointing to have no welcome drink upon arrival. Beautuful bedroom, this was very lovely and always clean. Extremely disappointed with only one a la carte restaurant, and, having to pay. The food in the main restaurant is very good, but always buffet and like a school canteen. More waiter service restaurants are required, maybe chinese and thai. Swimming pools very excellent,very clean and decking into the sea was lovely. A bar is needed on the pier. Other hotels locally offer this. I liked this hotel and if the management upped the restaurant choices and offered prosecco and champagne, it could easily be 5 star. Jet 2 give the impression that you get top branded alcoholic drinks, you do not, it is extra.

Overall,we had a great holiday.Fabulous Hotel,immaculately clean throughout the resort.Only negatives were,dining area layout not good too far from food servers to seating,and some of the food served was cold.Staff very friendly and welcoming,couldn't fault the service we received.Beds a bit hard so didn't sleep too well.

The hotel and staff are all wonderful. I would recommend Miracle to everyone. It has everything on site that you could possibly need. I have 4 children aged between 18 and 6. They were never bored. We managed to get at least 3 sunbeds everyday, some days we even managed 6!! I didn't see anyone without a sunbed. They also have a wonderful pier with huge bean bags at the end to relax on, either to sunbath or after going in the sea. The food was amazing. A great variety every night with different themes. I haven't got a bad word to say about any of it. Highly recommend
