Concorde Deluxe Resort

Back home after a fabulous 10 days at the Concorde Deluxe Hotel. This hotel has something for everyone. Pros Fantastic facilities and selection of bars and restaurants. The beach is very clean with free towels and plenty of space for everyone. Diving and water sports a plenty. Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff work very hard to make sure your room along with the hotel itself is always maintained to a high standard. Restaurants have a great variety of international cuisine. The waiting staff are very attentive to your needs. Food is available pretty much 24/7!! The gym facilities are great. Plenty of equipment and free weights. Cons On-site shop is very expensive €35 euros for 2 bags of crisps 1 juice and a mosquito anti itch stick! . Recommendations whilst you stay. Take mosquito spray Eat at the snack bar for lunch- food selection is much better. Like cats 🐈 Final note- we had a fabulous first time in Turkey. I would definitely recommend this hotel. So much so We are looking to return at Easter

I was not very happy when we reached and the transfer coach staff were not helpful. It was heavy rain and all they did was give a coach number and point at a car park which was full of vehicles. Took us 10 mins finding the right coach. I was soaked when i got in the coach. Then when we reached hotel i was told by reception to sit on the side and fill a form out. Did not find that very welcoming. I previously stayed in Delphin and that was such a nice stay, hotel. This one, well it iwas okay but i would not go there again. I had booked 7 nights which meant i had 2 evenings where i could book into the special restaurants. First one was fine. The second time i try to book the lady reception put me through to did not speak english and kept saying fully booked. I got fed up and left it. Was very annoyed to see the restaurant empty all evening. Food was very nice. The staff serving the food and drinks were very helpful and polite. Mini bar only got replaced once. I called reception number of times even went down personally to request it but nobody came. Cleaning was fine, the cleaners were very friendly as well. So overall i was annoyed with the lack of service. And honestly i would not go back there. If i am going to spend money i rather be where i like and i did not like it. Shopping wise you can walk across the hotel or get cab into the mall that is not an issue.

In a rapidly shrinking holiday world - having the Canaries cancelled on us twice we opted for Turkey - somewhere well off the radar previously. We opted for this hotel because of its quirky appearance and of course the reviews. To reduce footfall in the main eating areas the 10 euro surcharge was waived in the a la carte restaurants - tried them all and would gladly have paid the surcharge. used the cabanas by the pool - 4 days over 10 - just brilliant and well worth the money. The service, food, cleanliness everything was faultless. Make sure you go to the beach and book the boat trip to see the waterfalls that flow into the sea - well worth it. Quite how the staff remained so upbeat and friendly in PPE and the 35 degree heat speaks volumes about their dedication to the job and will to provide excellent service. We were at the back of the hotel in the "wings" of the plane but as we live in a house overlooking the sea we didn't feel cheated. Views over the mountains were fab and there was no intrusion really from the road and was quite nice to see people coming and going and everywhere lit up. The Brucie bonus was not having to be muzzled for 10 days and to be able to see people smiling and enjoying themselves was a joy to behold. We felt happy, safe, well cared for and most of all valued as a customer. First time we have tried all inclusive too - definitely the way forward. One word of caution pack clothes to travel home in a size bigger than your outbound trip ! and speaking of clothes - as has become the norm we ended up buying another suitcase to accommodate all the fantastic clothes purchased at the Antalium premium Mall across the road.

Nice clean tastefully decorated rooms. Although wasn't sure about the window in the bathroom looking into bedroom!! Food was varied and had a good selection. Frequently refreshed. Couldn't get away from booming pool entertainment even in the private’s areas. Helpful staff

We have just returned from the Concord hotel, it's a lovely hotel, the staff are excellent, from bell boy to front desk cleaning staff and waiters and waiteres, especially Mehmet and Ramazan, in the le buttet restaurant, the rooms are very spacious, but with 1 Very weird aspect, a 6foot by 3foot window from the bathroom to the bedroom, why do you want to see someone on the Loo, you can close it off, but why is it there to start with... The pool area is excellent all 1 levels, no steps, very big pool, plus kids pool, and slide pool, the food is fantastic, I don't think anybody could not find something, plenty of choice, infact too much choice... the beach is very nice most hotels have there own jetty, plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach, no charge on the beach for beds... Overall nice place, plenty of shopping within walking distance of Hotel...

A few things to consider when visiting here. We booked all inclusive as the restaurants on offer looked amazing. However you have to pay extra for all of them apart from the standard buffet, it’s only 10 euro each but for a family like ours that’s 40 euro a night which I felt unhappy about considering we had already paid for all inclusive. Drinks are all local and not a huge choice, the jetty doesn’t have a bar which most of the other hotels do. The evening entertainment was really poor and uninspiring.

I am always nervous when returning somewhere for a second time - it often ends in disappointment. However, returning to the Concorde after a seven year break we needn't have worried. The whole week was sensational. It was our 25th wedding anniversary while we were there, and all the staff made us feel special through the whole week. We ate in the Asiana restaurant one night and the food was really excellent. We'd recommend the Concorde wholeheartedly.

Lovely hotel fantastic pools friendly staff gourmet food faultless all staff friendly and helpful grounds clean right on beach couldnt fault anything went to one of the restaurants in hotel meal excellent but food in buffet restaurant was extremely good with excellent choices would reccomend concorde hotel worth 5cstar

Lovely place e to stay the pools and grounds are beautiful the beach is lovely and very close by to the hotel. The food was good we found something to eat all the time the snack bar is good but too hot there are no fans on the ceilings to cool it down the heat under there is tremendous and you can't enjoy your food with it being so warm. Air con in the hotel and rooms is great. Hotel staff lovely there's one man we didn't like if you didn't tip him he got funny with you so that made us feel uncomfortable it was in the bar by the stage. Rooms clean maids lovely friendly.overall I would rate this hotel 9/10

9th Visit with friends who hadn't been before and were wary of Turkey, to say they loved it was an understatement and blew them away. everything fab at this place, kevan on desk and loads of other staff just are amazing

The actual hotel was nice and clean, didn't find the staff very friendly & not many of them spoke English or were very helpful. The nicest one was the maid. Food was ok but because it was busy it felt like they were in a rush for you to leave the restaurant as soon as your plate was empty

6TH time here in a suite as that is what Jet2 offers so really nice and roomy for 3 of us, great food selection and drinks and great a la carte restaurants, very clean hotel. Happy staff and great entertainments team especially Speedie. oh and SUN SUN SUN.

Nice hotel. Badly managed. Staff struggle with English language. Bars under staffed and only two open at night. Entertainment average but hard to see the stage and get served. Resturaunt was a shambles and food was poor. Alacart returaunts 7 , the truth is only one open per night and you must pay. Three star at a push. Very very disappointed and won't recommend to anyone.
