Hotel Best Benalmadena

Really nice hotel, very clean, nice food and drinks, staff really friendly. Up a hill out of town but regular bus services outside, nice sea views, some nice restaurants across the road, 4 lifts, clean comfortable rooms.

Cold food, complained in resort not dealt with, complained on return and not interested. If you like decent food take extra cash or book room only. You may think a decent deal but not If inedible and you have to eat elsewhere. Jet2 ‘s stance is rigid and have had your money so have no desire to look after you.

This hotel was very nice the room was large and the view from the balcony was fabulous, The food in the restaurant was very good although it was not very hot but the choices were extensive Throw side of the hotel was the entertainment it really was awful, but the staff were very nice and the ba staff did their best to get everyone served quickly

Nice clean hotel good value for the money. Good Bar service didn't wait long too be served. Spacious reception. Hotel is a little out of the way, but a good bus service out side the hotel too all resorts.

we stayed as a party of 8, within our group were two walking disabled people so I will give a bit of advice. the rooms we stayed in were all on the 2nd floor facing the sea, the room had two large single/small doubles. There are no facilities for tea and coffee, and although there is a fridge it was empty not even water in it. dining room was very busy at certain times of the day, the food was very hit and miss. There were plenty of salad options but the hot food was a let down. the main cooking area appeared to be broken from the 3rd day through to the end. This hotel is not strictly all inclusive, it was full of elderly Spanish people which shouldn't have been an issue but they were very rude and ignorant. The bar situation was very strange, we had a strict list of what drinks we could have, you could have a white coffee but not cappuccino, two different cocktails the rest paid for despite all the components available on all inclusive? only certain ice-creams, we had to find out through out the week what extras such as nuts and crisps we could have. there is only one bar which is downstairs, the room is quite dingy and at night was full, the entertainment was dire, but the older Spanish people seemed happy with it. the floor into the bar is a bit uneven and not very good if like me you're a bit unsteady on your feet be careful. There is no access to the beach as it is walled all the way along because of the rocks, so if you want to go to the beach you need to go to benalmedana. it costs about 6.50 euro by taxi to the marina which is nice to look round and have a meal/ice cream so whilst we had a good holiday overall we were a little disappointed with the hotel

The only downfall with this hotel it was a bit to far out and up the hill. If you don't mind the walk I would recommend this hotel it was spotless and staff very helpful. On the first day we arrived we went down to the pool and my 2 year old granddaughter fell and bumped her head and the pool attendant was so helpful, he went and put a cold compress on it and came back every 15 mins to check on her to ensure that she was okay.

we loved this hotel the food was great lots of choice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite big we had a double bed each and they were very clean. The entertainment was not very good one night they had some parrots on performing tricks which I suppose was ok for the kids. Although the hotel was very good we would not stay there again as it is too far out of town. But overall could not fault the hotel its self.

Quiet location, excellent food, spotlessly clean, plenty of sunbeds/brollies, spacious comfortable rooms Only gripe was that there was no Air-Con in rooms after Sept and we spent a few uncomfortable hot nights, after leaving window open I got bitten by mosquitos
