Neptuno Hotel

Nice decor, helpful staff. Very clean. Rooms basic but comfortable. Pool always clean and fresh. Sunbeds new and balinese sunbeds fantastic. Especially the solarium area. Couldn't fault the hotel and the waiting staff Paco and his team very kind and courteous. We loved the gardener who keeps a beautiful array of plants and trees and always smiling.

We visited this hotel ten years ago and had a great time then. Our 2019 stay was excellent, all of the staff were very friendly, especially Paco, Javi and Miguel. The room was kept very clean and tidy every day by the housekeeping staff. On the last day we were able to leave our cases in a room next to reception after we checked out,so that we could go and have a last lunch before we were picked up by the transfer coach. Best tapas in the Vila Vella (old town) is at the Bar Lluna, the Ganxet is delicious!

Good clean reasonably priced hotel in a good location, not suitable for anyone with mobility problems but otherwise close to the beach and the old town. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and even a Michelin star restaurant if you are interested in something special. The hotel food is good plenty of choice especially if you like fish but remember it's 3 star so don't expect too much. The bar staff are very friendly and bar prices reasonable, there's also entertainment which is usually ok but can be a bit hit and miss.

This was the second time we stayed at the Neptuno and we have already booked for a third visit next year. This is a lovely, clean, quiet and most importantly a friendly hotel. The receptionists are lovely and always happy to help, the bar staff are friendly and funny and very hard working. (Javi, Miguel & Ali) The chefs and the waiting staff are very hard working and polite. The rooms are cleaned very well and are very nice rooms. The garden and pool area are well maintained and very relaxing to have a sunbathing afternoon. I can't find any faults with this hotel and it's location, (there is a small hilled road to the entrance that might not be for everyone). I wouldn't choose another hotel in the lovely Tossa de mar.

Staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. Our room was quiet with a view out to sea. Excellent meals throughout our stay. The garden BBQ night was a great success. Jet 2 reps were all ways on hand to help with local travel details, if you wished to travel alone or go on organized trips.

Superb location for both the old town bars/restaurants with main beach close by. Also near the Costa Brava coastal footpath for great walks. Great facilities and very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Good variety of food on offer. Can't wait to return!!

Just B&B. Room was good size and spotless. Breakfast was excellent - cooked ingredients constantly replenished. As an illustration of friendliness and attention to detail of staff, my wife washed a few items and hung them through the spars of the patio chairs. While we were out the housemaid took the trouble to find a short piece of rope, attach it to the balcony and carefully re-hang the washing on it. Full marks!
